Highly recommend!

Great place for parent with two adult children. Everyone had their own bedroom with a queen size bed and their own en suite bathroom. Perfect location - near golf, beach and wonderful walking and biking trails. It was our second time staying here and we’ll be back!

A Long Stay

Our 11-week stay in this perfectly located property could not have been better. The clean and comfy villa is within a short walk to the beach, an easy mile walk to Harbor Town and very close to the stables. We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay and the owners resolved each very quickly and efficiently. They were also available for questions about Sea Pines and the area. A great stay, that even with its long duration seemed to fly by - we can't wait to go back

Great location and responsive hosts

Second time staying here - love the location - it’s a quick ride to the beach, accessible to attractions in Sea Pines, and across from the pool (but not close enough to be noisy). The hosts are incredibly responsive which makes everything easier.

Wonderful place in Sea Pines!

Just off the golf course and within walking distance of the beach club. Comfortable king bed in the master. Well-stocked kitchen. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would happily stay again!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head! We traveled with our family and my mother-in-law for Spring Break. The villas were within easy walking and/or biking distance to the beach. The condo was beautiful and was the perfect size for our group with a screened in porch where we enjoyed visiting and having coffee in the morning. The kitchen was well-stocked for preparing meals and within walking distance to the Sea Pines Beach Club restaurant and restaurants at the Sea Pines shopping center and easy biking distance to restaurants at Harbor Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

Adult adventure

3 senior couples enjoyed your well-appointed townhouse for 3 days on the way north from Florida. We found the accommodations perfect for our needs. Each couple had a private bath and shared the well appointed kitchen/dining/living room. The hosts had prepared the property with essentials and were responsive to our request for help.

A Week In Earthly Paradise

HHI has been our favorite place to vacation for over 20 years. This property was one of the nicest we have stayed in over the years. It was very clean and had been updated recently. Location was good, in that it was in Sea Pines, not too far away from the beach club, Harbor Town, and Lands End. The owner, Anne, was very responsive to questions and very accomodating. Would definitly stay again.

Great place

Perfect location - close to beach, pool and golf courses. Plenty of room for five adults. Anne was very communitive and super quick to answer any questions. Definitely would recommend.

My experience was excellent. I had a couple minor issues when I first got there. Anne was there in an heartbeat and took care of them right away. Convenient location. Spacious and easy to live in. I would definitely stay there again.

HHI For Beginning of February

Anne is an excellent host to work with.Perfect location. Easy walk or bike ride to The Beach Club, Shops, and Harbor Town. Unit was very clean. King bed in master suite was very comfortable. Liked having full cable along with a number of streaming apps on the living room TV. We found the couches a bit uncomfortable. We did some cooking and found the knives were not sharp. Made cooking a challenge.

HHI Thanksgiving!

Our family has stayed here twice now for Thanksgiving :). We especially love the location of this condo and the screened porch. It is quiet and peaceful. The televisions are also great, having hundreds of viewing options, and Internet service is very responsive. (we had one adult son working remotely that week). Thanks very much!

Good Location-Nice Property

This was our first time renting in Sea Pines. Convenient location, nice bike ride or walk to the beach and other activities in Sea Pines! Great that it was so close to the beach trolley on the days that we had too much for bikes! Would definitely rent here again!
