A beautiful 2-room apartment in a recently built, luxury building right on the waterfront, in an ideal location. Everything is within walking distance!
The apartment features a lovely tree-lined terrace and a beautiful, unobstructed view of the pine trees, with no direct neighbors across the way.
It therefore offers the dual advantage of a very central location while remaining in absolute tranquility.
No parking issues, even in the height of summer, thanks to the locked underground garage.
The apartment consists of an entryway, a large living area with an open kitchen, a beautiful bedroom with a large closet, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. It features double-glazed windows and electric shutters.
The bedroom features two twin beds, which can easily be pushed together to form a king-size bed (please specify your preferred arrangement at the time of booking).
Access to the residence is secure.
For the period from June 15 to September 15, reservations must be for a minimum of 5 nights.

Beautiful La Baule

We chose this apartment based on the great reviews and we’re very happy we did. It was bright clean and in a new building right opposite the beach. The apartment was quiet with no street noise despite being in the centre of La Baule. The reserved garage under the building was large enough for our estate car and we left it there most of the time and explored on foot. Vincent was really helpful and flexible. He recommended local restaurants and was available by text if needed. Cécilia was lovely and so welcoming and efficient. All round a great week and so much left to do , we hope to return.

An excellent apartment - one of the best equipped we have stayed in in France. Extremely well situated, Central location on the sea front promenade. The apartment itself is at the rear of the building which means it is very quiet with no noise from passers-by on the promenade. It gets almost no direct sun, so for hot weather it is great. It has its own garage on under floor 2. Our car, 4.35 metres in length, fitted in easily. The owner, Vincent, replies very promptly to any queries and Cécilia, who met us on arrival showed us everything we needed to know about access to the garage and the apartment and showed us where everything was inside the apartment. The apartment is for two people, but there is plenty of cutlery and crockery, so that you can eat several meals before having to set the dishwasher going. We were surprised that so much was provided in the way basic items such as teabags, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, paper hankies, kitchen roll and washing up liquid etc. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Idéalement situé près de la plage et l’avenue de Gaulle. Très bien équipé et bonne literie de 180. Box fermé en sous sol très appréciable. Très calme. Terrasse à l’ombre avec belle vue dégagée. Accueil très sympathique de Cécilia.

Un véritable chez soi offert par Vincent

Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme des amis non seulement par les attentions délicates de Vincent et de Cécilia, mais aussi par la qualité et l'abondance du matériel mis à notre disposition. La proximité de la mer , de la gare et d'une des plus belles rues commerçantes de La Baule est un atout important pour les personnes qui voyagent en train par exemple.

Description et photos conforme a la location. Sejour tres agréable. Le propriétaire est attentif à ces locataires de la reservation, a l'arrivée jusqu'au départ. Cecilia est tres sympathique, a pris le temps de nous accueillir et nous expliquer le fonctionnement des lieux.

Un petit appartement parfait

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans l’appartement de Vincent où nous avons été très bien accueilli. Tout était parfait ! Le calme de l’appartement proche de l’océan est reposant, de belles balades à proximité sans voiture. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci.

L appartement de grand standing était parfait, equipé avec goût, litrerie excellente, calme, central, près des commerçants, du marché et de l’océan. Vue sur les pins et les écureuils qui sautent de branche en branche !

Super vacances

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans votre bel appartement et à La Baule. Nous avons remarqué qu'il restait assez frais sur la terrasse jusqu'en fin d'après-midi et donc aussi dans l'appartement. C'était très agréable, d'autant plus que la température extérieure a augmenté au cours de la deuxième semaine. De plus, un intérieur attrayant, la cuisine spacieuse avec beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine pratiques, le repose-pieds, un beau lit, de nombreux placards, une baignoire avec douche, des serviettes, de nombreuses prises, le caddie et ces beaux livres dans le placard, par exemple sur la vie rude au Canada et les villas de la Baule.

Bel appartement très bien situé

Appartement bien situé, très calme tout en étant à coté du centre-ville, du marché, de la plage, la voiture peut rester au garage, qui est un plus pour la location. Appartement très bien équipé, rien ne manque, literie très confortable. L'accueil et les explications de Cécilia sont au TOP !.... et le message d'arrivée par Vincent est très agréable. Merci pour cet accueil. Nous avons déjà envie d'y retourner .....

Excellente prestation.

Très agréable appartement meublé avec beaucoup de goût,très soigné grâce à la participation de Cécilia dont l'accueil même le dimanche fut très convivial.Par ailleurs la présence écrite de Vincent était bienveillante et a permis une préparation relaxante de notre voyage.Nous ne pouvons que recommander très chaleureusement cette location dans laquelle nous reviendrons volontiers avec bonheur.
