Beautiful Landes villa includes, an entrance, a living room with television, fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso Magimix and a dishwasher.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, wine cellar and freezer.
Two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed and storage space. A bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
Upstairs, mezzanine with sofa and television, a bathroom with WC. Two bedrooms with 140 cm bed and storage space.
Outside, you will have the opportunity to share friendly moments around the heated swimming pool (10x5, equipped with a safety shutter), a large garden and a superb terrace with plancha.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. WIFI. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December. Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost. Please contact our team to reserve them.
