- a bathroom with shower,

Located a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais, with the tramway stop at the foot of the building and the beach 3 min away by foot, you are at the best place to discover the many advantages of Nice ! You will be able to discover the Fine Arts museum 5 min away by foot, walk along the Promenade des Anglais to discover the palaces or the Old City 20 min away by foot. You will also find numerous shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. At last, with the station easily accessible by tramway, you will discover easily the other French Riviera cities : Monaco, Antibes, Cannes...

- Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen tram station at the foot of the building (tramway line 2)
- 15 min by tramway from Nice-Ville train station and 7 min by car
- 20 min by tramway from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and 10 min by car
