Villa with jacuzzi and sea view - Santa Giulia - Residence with heated pool

The sea view SPA villas are air-conditioned and equipped with a beautiful teak terrace with heated hot tub, they consist of:
A living room with pull-out sofa bed (2 beds of 80 x 190 cm) or convertible (160 x 190 cm) - A bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 190 cm) which can be converted into a double bed - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, toaster, combined refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave) - A terrace and a garden.
They are also equipped with a barbecue, an LCD TV, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board, a safe, garden furniture and free Wi-Fi connection.
Location: Our SPA villas are located on the top of the hill, approximately 900 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the residence's heated swimming pool.
Obligatory tourist tax: €1 per day and per adult.
Final cleaning and laundry package (sheets and towels) are included.

Extras (on reservation) not included in the rates, to be paid upon arrival:
- Baby bed: €10 per day.
- Beach towel: €10 per towel.
- Intermediate cleaning : €50.
- Late arrival (after reception closure hours): €20.
- Animal only admitted on request: €20 per animal per day.
