Everything as advertised. Excellent location to St. Peter’s/Vatican Museums. Metro entrance at your doorstep.

Great experience

This was our 4th time we stayed at this property and it is just as awesome as the last 3. It as clean, easy to find, great communication with the owner and best of all is the location. Near the Vatican and with the subway entrance literally in right at the front door, you can reach all the sights in minutes.

Wonderful apartment

Great location right next to the Ottaviano metro station and a short walk to st. Peters. Wonderful apartment with lots of space and an excellent host.

Family vacation

Property was VERY clean and comfortable. Emy the housekeeper was amazing and very helpful. Fabio was very easy to communicate with, responsive, and helpful. Only issue was the lift. If someone did not close both sets of doors the lift could not be called and used. Walking up 5 flights of stairs to the third floor after a day at Colosseum and Palatine Hill was rough on the legs. I would stay here again based on our experience

Family vacation

Fabio was “fabulous”. A wonderful host with a lovely apartment. He took time to show us a few restaurants close by and a place to get groceries. The apartment was in a great location for getting around. It was the ideal setup for our family of 10 people. We highly recommend booking this place.

Enjoyed our stay.

Great for a large group. We had 9 people. 5 rooms and 6 bathrooms made it comfortable for everyone. 15 minute walk to the Vatican. Lots of places to eat in the immediate area. Fabio was great checking us in and giving us a few pointers about the neighborhood

Fabulous!

Lovely property in a fantastic location. Fabio was a great host, arranging taxis and restaurant bookings. 5 ladies in the party and we each had our own en-suite bedroom, communal kitchen and sitting room very well appointed. Would book again if visiting Rome.

Christmas in Rome

Fabio was truly the best host ever! He helped us arrange transportation to, and from the airport, gave restaurant recommendations, stayed and chatted with some of our family when we arrived and even brought us treats one day in the form of a yummy Roman pie. It felt like we were staying with friends. The Place was also centrally located. I can’t imagine a better arrangement.

Wonderful property for large adult group of adults.

Nine of us spent five nights at the apartment. It was perfect for us and Fabio was a wonderful host.

Val's Retirement Tour PT 2

Fabio was an excellent host not only meeting us the apartment to unload our luggage from the shuttle...but came back on our last day to bid us adieu and help put our 20 plus bags on the vans. His place was immaculate and all ten of us love our accommodations etc. The best part about the our 3 day was Emy our maid who not only kept the place tidy and homey for us, but she made coffee and washed our clothing. This is must place for me and my family and friends to book on our next trip to Roma...5 stars and two thumbs up for Fabio and his place

Perfect location and venue for large group

10 family members stayed for 3 days to enjoy Rome before cruise. Fabio helped with transportation from the airport and to the cruise port. He also gave excellent recommendations for food reservations for 10 at delicious places close to the venue.

Fabio was fantastic

Met us immediately, walked us thru the apartment completely. Arranged travel to and from our train. He was very informative and even brought some food over. He made everything comfortable. Best host we have ever had.

Beautiful Property

This apartment in Rome was wonderful! It was clean, centrally located and the owner was very accommodating! If we ever visit Rome again we will definitely be staying here. All the rooms were very clean and each person had their own privacy. Just loved it!!!

Italy - Forever Friends - 2023

Friends traveling together, enjoying our retirement bucket list! Fabio’s apartment was exactly as advertised. Very conveniently located, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Fabio was a wonderful host. Met us at the apartment and after explaining it’s working items, gave us a tour of the local block to accommodate our needs; grocery, coffee shop, restaurants, etc. L’isola della Pizza was fantastic! We had a great time in Rome and are so glad we chose this apartment. Thanks Fabio for all you did. Ciao

Great place, great host

Fabio was awesome. He gave us a short walking tour when we first got there. He showed us 3 or 4 of his favorite restaurants that were in the neighborhood (and more importantly, showed us which ones to avoid), and he was right! Great food! His place is plenty big enough for large groups, and it’s clean and comfortable. Great location.

Fabio is an exceptional host. He was at the place during check in. The process was super easy!! He gave us a tour of the place and in addition he gave us short tour outside. He recommended a couple of amazing restaurants. Our entire stay was perfect. Definitely recommend this place! Plan on coming back and staying there again!

Fantastic Apartment!!

This apartment is everything you need or want. There is a Metro stop steps from the entrance and truly just a short 5-10 min walk to the Vatican. We had 6 adults (only 1 couple) so everyone had their own bedroom AND bathroom with a queen bed in each. The shutters on the windows worked amazingly well for room darkening and it was OH SO QUIET! The kitchen was well stocked with several coffee makers, electric kettles, coffee AND tea and every dish, cup, glass, pot and pan. And the showers are AWESOME (albeit a tad small) - takes a few minutes to get the hot water but we had 5 people showering at one time and never ran out of hot water! We had a wonderful 5 days there. Thank you, Fabio...you have an absolutely beautiful apartment and we thank you for allowing us to experience Rome from there.

Amazing for a large group!!

Fabio’s place was absolutely perfect! We were a family of 10 (including a 2 yr old) and each couple had their own bedroom with private bath along with a large kitchen and living room to gather in. The A/C in the bedrooms were wonderful in the hot August heat. The Metro stop was literally right in front of the apartment which was so convenient. There was even an incredible housekeeper who came everyday and made our beds and brought fresh wonderful oversized bath towels and even did some laundry for us!!! It was amazing! I cannot recommend Fabio’s place enough! And to top it off the pillows were normal sized and comfortable (every place else we’ve stayed in Rome they’re usually flat and hard). Fabio also gave great recommendations for everything and was happy to answer any questions. Our son in law feels like he has a new Italian friend. Thanks Fabio for your kindness!

very comfortable for family

Five comfy bedrooms, each with its own private bath, suited our family perfectly. Daily maid service was a plus we hadn't expected, but definitely appreciated. A variety of good restaurants close by, as well as St Peters, Castel Sant'Angelo, etc.

Perfect for big family

5 bedrooms are great for all the extended family members. Close to Metro and Vatican and great restaurants in the neighborhood. Excellent communication with the host and thanks for helping arrange transport to the airport

Multigenerational family trip

The apartment was perfect for our multigenerational family of 10. Everything was spotless and the location was perfect. The metro in front of the building was a bonus. Emy came daily to clean and is a treasure. Don’t hesitate to book.
