Recently built with large indoor and outdoor spaces with maximum privacy, even if it is inserted in the urban context and surrounded by the vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub.
The house is a villa on one floor (accessible by several steps), spacious and functional, with 3 bedrooms equipped with: spacious living room with kitchenette, microwave oven, satellite TV, two full bathrooms (with shower, sink , toilet and bidet), washing machine, heated outdoor shower, barbecue (in stone) and two private parking spaces. It is located near all services, halfway between two small shopping centers, in the maritime area from which it is about 250 m as the crow flies (rocky coves).
Costa Paradiso is a famous tourist place, very particular and sought after, with beautiful views / corner of the sea, mainly rocky, by the contrasts of the blue / emerald colors of the sea with the intense red quartz granite rocks, which make the unique and breathtaking landscape. The location has great naturalistic value for marine biodiversity, which makes it ideal for scuba diving enthusiasts.
