Non possiamo che scrivere una bellissima recensione... Appartamento a dir poco stupendo, comodissimo, non manca davvero niente! Vicino a centro e mare, con tutte le comodità sotto casa... Pulitissimo e la proprietaria sempre molto disponibile! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare.

Excellent accommodation and location

The apartment was really clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. In addition it’s location is excellent being a couple of minutes walk from many restaurants and the main beach with its clean sand and warm water. Paola and her family greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Sehr moderne und schöne FeWo - Urlaub in der Stadt und trotzdem direkt am Strand

Sehr moderne Einrichtung! Reiseführer und Unterlagen auf Deutsch in der Unterkunft. Zwei Schlafzimmer, großes Bad, großes Wohn- und Esszimmer. Zwei Balkone. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage. Parkplatz kostenlos an der Straße vor dem Haus. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade in San Benedetto del Tronto. Toller Strand mit mehreren Bädern und freien Stränden. Sehr gute Wasserqualität. Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß in das Stadtzentrum (Märkte) und zum Hafen (Fischrestaurants). Im Umkreis von 5 Minuten mehrere Restaurants und Supermärkte. Perfekt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Alle Fragen werden beantwortet. Grazie mille!

Ich bin froh, dass die Wohnung Sie mochte. :) Ich wollte klären, wer liest, dass unsere Wohnung nicht den Restaurant-Service zur Verfügung stellt und dass die Gäste frei sind, ihre Mahlzeiten zu organisieren. In der Hochsaison ist es normal, dass Restaurants sehr gefragt sind, besonders an Wochenenden und dann empfehlen wir die Buchung für eine bessere Organisation ihres Dienstes. us diesem Grund stellen wir in der Wohnung eine Liste von Restaurants mit Adresse und Telefonnummer zur Verfügung. Sabine & Florian thanks for the review! I'm glad you liked the apartment and your stay!!! :) Our apartment does not provide the restaurant service and the guests are free to organize their meals. In high season periods it is normal that restaurants are highly requested, especially at weekends, and then we also recommend to book in advance for a better organization of their service. For this reason we provide in the apartment a list of restaurants with address and telephone number.

Ottimo appartamento

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento insieme ai miei amici per una settimana, siamo rimasti molto contenti della nostra scelta. L'appartamento è tale e quale a come appare nelle foto e dunque molto pulito e accogliente. Inoltre essi si trova in una posizione molto comoda essendo sia a due passi dal mare che vicino a qualsiasi tipo di servizio (supermarket, ristoranti, ecc). Da sottolineare anche la cordialità dei proprietari che si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili.

Perfekt für den Familienurlaub geeignet

Eine wirklich super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, top modern eingerichtet! Alles ist von dort aus zu Fuß erreichbar und sie ist trotzdem extrem ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin, die sich um alles kümmert. San Benedetto ist ein schönes Städtchen mit sehr vielen Spielplätzen insbesondere für kleine Kinder, idealem Sandstrand und langer Promenade. Absolut empfehlenswert!
