Spacious house in the heart of Falmouth with wonderful sea views. With five bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 10. The house is ten mins walk from town and 20 from the beach making this a perfect and fun place to holiday in.

The space

Large, relaxed, spacious house in the heart of Falmouth with wonderful sea views. With five bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 10, and is perfect for groups and families who want a relaxed, fun place to holiday in.

All 5 bedrooms have double beds with lovely soft sheets and somewhere to store clothes. The large master bedroom and the loft room have wonderful sea views overlooking the harbour and the castle on Pendennis point.

There are two bathrooms. One with a shower and another with a shower over bath so no need for morning queues!

The large kitchen has two ovens and is fully equipped to create feasts for many. There is plenty of room around the dining table for 10 and also a breakfast bar to seat 4. From the kitchen you can access the garden, which has a large decked area with table and chairs perfect for bbqs and sunset suppers. There are also areas to hang out and read a book amongst the tropical foliage.

The living room offers a cosy comfortable place to chill and put your feet up. There is a tv along with books and a few games for all ages.

There is also a small conservatory and a courtyard outside the backdoor which is a great area for all your holiday gear. Plenty of space for washing and hanging swimming gear, wetsuits and surfboards.

Well behaved dogs are welcome here, although we do ask that they stay downstairs.

Guests have private access to the whole house and the garden.

Lovely house in a great location.As for most of Falmouth really steep climb back from the town so not for those with walking difficulties.We had a mobility scooter with us for my dad and this worked well getting to and from the town

Nice house, the property was clean, plenty of room, everything you needed was available and a short walk to shops, would stay again.

Overall impression and value for money

Good overall. Kitchen facilities good apart from one gas job which didn’t work, fortunately there was another. Beds good apart from the loft bed was too short and too soft. Bathrooms good apart from scruffy windows. Loft access very steep and really unsuitable as a bedroom. Windows were rather dirty and scruffy and difficult to open. Very steep steps up to the garden area which were very difficult to negotiate safely with food/ trays etc to sit outside on the terrace. Small yard outside the kitchen was scruffy and chairs were rusty and unusable. Rather disappointing for the cost of the rental. Fortunately the weather was exceptional which made our short holiday very enjoyable.

Great location

We had a great stay here it was in a great location for exploring falmouth and tbe surrounding area and was a good size house for us all. The beds in particular were very comfy.

the bed rooms were very good house in great low cation big kitchen with every thing needed parking ok only thing wish we had was two televisions as not every body likes the same programes otherwize great stay

Seaside town house stay

This is a really comfortable and very well equipped town house and lovely to be so close to the coast and the town centre. We had a fabulous time and the weather was amazing. Some of the crockery needed a thorough clean before use. We purchased some dishwasher salt as that helps with dishwasher cleaning and I think some people probably stack the dishwasher too full , but we felt we must mention as cleanliness is particularly import during covid restrictions). We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for a great family get-together.

The incredible harbour and sea view from the master and attic bedrooms. Also a fantastic central location in Falmouth town. A stone's throw away from two of the best pubs in town and just a 20 minute walk from Gyllygvase Beach.
