Ideally located in the heart of the village of Cap Ferret, wooden house of 81 m² in a charming and unspoiled subdivision located 200 m from the beach "Plage des Américains" and the sailing club, with a large wooden terrace and a garden of around 200 m² fully fenced not overlooked.
This house decorated in pine trees offers great comfort and is well equipped with all available linens (sheets, towels). Located near the center of the village, its famous market, the "Jetée Bélisaire" for all excursions on the basin. (Bike rental possible at 600 m).
The villa is made up on the ground floor, of an entrance with cupboard, a stay of 34m ² with American kitchen overlooking a covered terrace and a garden, WC. Upstairs, a landing distributes 3 bedrooms, 2 with their terrace, plus a bedroom with bunk beds, two shower rooms and an independent WC. Plenty of storage.
Outdoor shower for beach returns.
The house will be completely renovated and redecorated in mid June: New bedding, new bathroom, enlargement of the terrace, painting, garden fence.
Ideal for one or two families with children.

Très belle semaine au Cap-Ferret

Maison très agréable avec une jolie terrasse extérieure ; nos 3 enfants ont beaucoup apprécié l’espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée et leur propre salle de douche à l’étage. La proximité avec la plage des américains est idéale pour les jeunes enfants.

Good ( ish) with a few frustrations!

Villa as described , good location , nice outdoor space and the beds were comfortable. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi which was annoying as our husbands needed to work and we were also hoping to watch a bit of TV through the internet. The Host was not helpful at all , dismissed it saying “ there hadn’t been a problem before”, and didn’t offer to come round and try to sort it for us. The BBQ was dirty and we were told that they never clean the bbq as it burns off, but there was a dubious rag left on the grill rack so it clearly hadn’t even been looked at! We have rented properties for 35 years and never encountered this reasoning. Sadly the oven was also quite dirty. If we hadn’t had these issues I would have found our experience a lot more positive.

Très belles vacances au Cap Ferret

On a passé des très belles journées dans cette maison proche du Bassin. La maison est très agréable: décoration maritime avec du goût, literie de qualité, des lits agréables, ...Nos enfants ont beaucoup apprécié leur chambre avec tout ces jeux et bien sûr le lit superposé. La cuisine etait bien fourni. On a beaucoup profité de l'exterieur avec sa grande table sur la terrasse. La douche exterieure est formidable surtout avec des enfants! Merci à Solveig qui était toujours disponible. On aimerait bien revenir!

Sehr schönes Haus!

Lage und Haus ist top. Einzig eine größere Straße, die direkt am Haus langführt, störte manchmal. Ein paar Idioten haben da immer stark die Autos beschleunigt.

Maison cabane très cosy

Charmante maison correspondant à l’annonce, confortable, joliment décorée, on s’y sent bien! Très bon équipement intérieur et extérieur, bonne literie. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et du jardin, on y entend un peu les voitures la journée sans que cela occasionne de la gêne. Nuits très calmes, isolation parfaite. Des vacances reposantes dans un ilôt de verdure, tout près de toutes les richesses du Cap. Nous espérons y séjourner à nouveau!

Comfortable & nice AND close to the beach !

The place is new and very clean, well decorated and spacious, giving a very pleasant home feeling. The rooms are comfortable and a special mention goes to the bathrooms : spacious, nice showers, perfect in numbers. The kitchen has everything we may need and the fact that it is integrated with the dining room makes it simple and large. We were not fortunate with very good weather so I cannot really judge how it is to stay in the back garden, maybe too close to the street even if, from inside the house we cannot hear a thing (another plus: perfect hermetic windows). It is very conveniently located - really 5 minutes walking from a nice little beach - and 10 minutes from restaurants and all. Nice nice place, Madame Euvé answered to all our questions immediately and made everything easy for us. Very recommended ! Thanks !
