Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and full of charm. One of our favorite features was the lovely back porch—perfect for relaxing in the morning with coffee or winding down in the evening.The location was central and convenient, with easy access to nearby lakes and only about two hours from both the Kentucky Horse Park and Natural Bridge State Resort Park. It made for a perfect base for day trips and outdoor adventures.Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Updates Make It Even Nicer

Since our last stay, there is a new couch and new television in the living room. The updated pillows and throw blankets make it feel even cozier as the weather turns colder. Beautiful fall colors on the drive in and out as well.

This house is great. Everything is cozy and comfortable. Davida does an excellent job. Definitely would recommend.

Everything was good. The stay was good. The wedding was beautiful. The only thing that was bad, was the dog pile in the front yard. I placed a napkin on it. So the kids would not step in it. Thank you for everything

Family Trip

Stayed here during our family reunion weekend with our adult children and had a wonderful time. The house was exactly as pictured and was clean. It was nice to have a whole house to stay in rather than hotel rooms. This provided us time to play games and enjoy each other's company. We will definitely stay here again!

Memorial weekend girls trip

We all loved the house. It was very cute. We wish the weather wouldn't have been so cold and rainy, so we could have enjoyed the enclosed porch more. Hoping to come back again and stay here.

Super cute house. We instantly felt like we were at home.

We love this house. It was very comfortable and had all of the essentials we needed to make our stay a relaxing and comfortable home away from home. I highly recommend this rental. Great communication from the owner. Easy access to the highways but it was quiet at the house. The screened porch allowed us to enjoy the warm weather despite the unusual storms that hit during our stay. We hope to stay here again the next time we come to visit family.

I actually own the Small Town Charmer and it's a very special home to me and I hope it is for you too!

This home is located in a well established neighborhood in the heart of downtown Hazard. Its easily accessible to shopping, dinning and downtown activities and events. Its less than 10 minutes to ARH, HCTC and the Hal Rogers Forum. It is also nearby many places for trail and bike riding, ATV riding, fishing and hunting. It's also centrally located to both major highways 15 and 80.

Guests enjoy the ability to cook their own meals, sleep in a comfortable bed, and relax in a cozy space. The decor is fitting to the cottage style and has many added details that guests love! The screened-in back porch is a guest favorite and is an awesome place for morning coffee and gathering with friends and family.
