The unit has all the potential of being amazing, but lack of attention leaves you feeling disappointed. We have stayed at multiple Fajardo condo's, so we are comparing this unit to others we have stayed at.
The pictures are beautiful. But once you get there it just isn't taken care of. The mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced as you fall into the middle of the bed. They turn off the a/c so that when you get there it is hot and it takes at least five hours to cool down enough to sleep. The couch is worn out and like sitting on a box. Roach in the dishwasher, food particles on the kitchen floor, penthouse patio not ready to be used (all the cushions are scattered inside, and you have to take them out so that you can sit down inside and, on the patio). TV is missing on the upstairs lounge area. The flooring has blue painters' tape down because the floor isn't finished properly. Smell of something in the upstairs bedroom. The view is ok but there are so many other condo's available in the area that are spectacular.
Also, they send you an email the day before you leave with a list of things they want you to do before you leave. Clean dish's, refrigerator, towels, take out trash to a dumpster you have no idea where it's at and other little annoying tasks even though you have already paid a cleaning fee.
Overall, we left disappointing with the condo (not with Puerto Rico though).
