Spacious and convenient Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay, we were a group of 8 and all had plenty of space. We had all amenities and toiletries needed for a comfortable stay and the host were very communicative. The only reason I rated the cleanliness a 4 star was because it looks as though some spots in the kitchen weren’t mopped. Otherwise everything else was clean and comfortable!

Nice Place

We really liked the place. Very clean, nice condo. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your own space. Only 1 downside is that it is hard to walk to other locations from there. But that’s why it comes with 2 parking spaces I guess. Overall great place worth the price.

Family vacation

A beautiful stay after a southern Caribbean cruise. The property was clean and the views were fabulous! Thoroughly enjoyed the complex’s amenities and location. We had a great time!

The place was comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. The place was clean and had the necessary pots and pans to make a good meal. We loved it.

Family reunion

The rental was clean and was as listed. The only complaint I have about this rental is the dryer. It took two to four cycles to dry one load and it wasn’t even large loads

Great for our family. Wonderful location

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 7. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was a minor issue of the blender being broken but the owner quickly had one dropped by for us. We liked this neighborhood. It was quiet, the pools were lovely, and we enjoyed using the gym as well.

Clean, Comfortable Penthouse

Nice, safe property with great amenities. Penthouse was perfect for our group of 7 adults. Plenty of room, great outdoor spaces, felt like home. Property managers responded immediately to questions and minor issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrific space for a group or family.

Our first trip to Puerto Rico and figuring out where to stay with 5 people was challenging. We were thrilled with this location. Well stocked, loads of space, very clean, the condo suited us perfectly. We especially liked the 2 balconies. The smaller main level balcony is covered and protected from rain and wind. The large upper balcony is great for expansive views of the marina, the ocean and the mountains. Every room had it's own cooling. There are beach chairs, a cooler and snorkel equipment as well. My 91 year old father kept saying how perfect it was. Would definitely return here.

Disappointing

The unit has all the potential of being amazing, but lack of attention leaves you feeling disappointed. We have stayed at multiple Fajardo condo's, so we are comparing this unit to others we have stayed at. The pictures are beautiful. But once you get there it just isn't taken care of. The mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced as you fall into the middle of the bed. They turn off the a/c so that when you get there it is hot and it takes at least five hours to cool down enough to sleep. The couch is worn out and like sitting on a box. Roach in the dishwasher, food particles on the kitchen floor, penthouse patio not ready to be used (all the cushions are scattered inside, and you have to take them out so that you can sit down inside and, on the patio). TV is missing on the upstairs lounge area. The flooring has blue painters' tape down because the floor isn't finished properly. Smell of something in the upstairs bedroom. The view is ok but there are so many other condo's available in the area that are spectacular. Also, they send you an email the day before you leave with a list of things they want you to do before you leave. Clean dish's, refrigerator, towels, take out trash to a dumpster you have no idea where it's at and other little annoying tasks even though you have already paid a cleaning fee. Overall, we left disappointing with the condo (not with Puerto Rico though).

Beautiful home

This house was amazing to stay at and felt like we were at home. It was clean and the decor was lovely. It was easy to find with Google Maps and we had no issues with security or checking in. The kitchen had tupperware containers to help with taking food to go and the AC worked great even with being set at 69. The power went out once during our stay but the generator started immediately. The pools were a nice break from the salt water and if it hadn't been so hot the balcony would be a lovely place to hang out. The only thing I would change is a king sized bed for the primary bedroom.

Comfortable retreat

Place had all the ammenities, it was spacious and comfortable. All equipment was working. The pool area was very nice. Only had incidents with overzealous security letting in my two sons, which were on the guests list. And, traffic and loyd mysic is heard from the terraces.

This apartment was much more than I expected! We came with a family of 5 and found the apartment to be clean, modern and with plenty of space for all of us. My wife and I used one bedroom and each of our three kids had their own room. There is a beautiful shaded deck on the first level and a lovely rooftop deck on the second level. The pools are clean and warm. There is a security entrance. The amenities (a/c, internet, hot water, etc) were excellent. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed El Cayo. There are grocery stores short driving distance away (Pueblo, WalMart). I had easy communication with owners which was very reassuring. I would most definitely stay here again next time I visit Fajardo.

Perfect home in Fajardo

Magaly’s home is perfect for visiting the Fajardo area. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable for everyone. And the kitchen is well stocked. The outdoor patios are the star of this rental. There is space for everyone with comfortable seating. The views are fabulous. Magaly has a guide book for all you need to know about the area which was handy. Great restaurants are very close with some within walking distance. We suggest Pasion por el Fogan and Sal and Pimiento by the sea for great dinners. Markets and Walmart are also close by. A car is a must have. To make the most of your experience in Fajardo. The only thing missing from the amenities are beach chairs. We would definitely recommend and also return to this condo if we plan another trip to the area.. This property was perfect for the 6 of us and so clean! We all had room to spread out and relax.

The unit was clean and bright. The property is secured by a gate and the attendants are very friendly. The pools and property are well maintained. Magaly was a superb host and we can't wait to visit here again. Thank you for use of your home while we met family and explored the beautiful island!

Owner very courteous and responsive to our needs and concerns. Apartment in good conditions with the exception that it needs cleaning in regards to one of the rooms bed cover sheet was found with a stain. Other than that it was a good place in a great location.

Great Place

I work with a dive shop in Denton TX and we planned a dive trip with Sea Ventures in Fajardo from Aug 23-27. I rented 3 units at Pena Mar Ocean Club and split our travelers up. All of the people staying in this apartment were happy and on multiple times mentioned that when we do this again, we need to stay here. Apartment was clean and ready. Kitchen was well equipped, and we would cook breakfast in the mornings. Everything was great and as-described! The upstairs balcony is awesome! One word of caution, the bunk beds shown are weak and for small kids, I slept on the couch since I did not trust that the top bunk would hold up. Otherwise, great place with a couple of balconies.

Perfect for extended family reunion.

We booked this property for an extended family reunion. 4 other parties booked in the same facility. Location was perfect for our activities in the area as well as day trips to SJ. The unit itself was clean and spacious. Very comfortable for our family with 3 teens. Many thanks to our very hospitable and easily reachable host Magaly. Already looking forward to coming back!

Nice Penthouse with awesome views

I visited this apartment with my husband and 3 kids. The check in was very easy. The penthouse is very clean, equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. Bath and beach towels are available. Washer and Dryer also was available for use. The roof top is very nice, at night we spent time and enjoyed a relaxing time. Magaly was available for a doubt and she responded quickly. Three pools was something that my kids enjoyed a lot in Peña Mar and were not crowded. We enjoyed the whole experience. We would return to this penthouse in a future.

Wonderful penthouse condo

A beautifully decorated, very clean condo! Lots of room to enjoy a stay where there is fabulous Caribbean weather. The beaches in the area are outstanding especially Playa Escondito( a hiking trail from Seven Seas beach). Lots to do in the area but plan ahead as reservations fill up quickly especially for El Yunque. Communication with owner exceptional and she was very helpful when there was a temporary issue with the cable company for the TV. The complex is gated and feels very secure.
