Worst responsiveness both from Vacasa and the owner. They knew the dishwasher for the 3 BR apartment was not working, we were vacationing with a party of 7 with kids, and kitchen is the most important part of a airBnB. when complained was told, first was no responsiveness, after 5 calls, were told will be replaced tomorrow, then next day, then the day after and then after a 4 day vacation it never got fixed. The host and vacasa thought paying $25/night was compensation enough after spoiling our $3000 vacation .
This is cheating - if I knew there was no dishwasher, I wouldn’t have booked the apartment. There are many options. In fact had a similar experience with another apartment in PCB last year, in that the owner was so kind, sent disposable plates, apologised, proactively discounted $500 for the trip.
The most horrible experience. 15+ calls, multiple texts and no semblance of customer service
