This was a nice condo; perfect for a single person (or a couple). The bed is in its own nook, which makes the kitchen, living area, bathroom seem more roomy than many studios. There’s a couch, tv, and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen was well-stocked and the unit was clean. The bathroom was roomy for a studio.
The furniture and equipment were fine—not fancy or the newest, but everything worked well.
The porch/deck has a nice view of 30A and the gulf (through the complex across the street).
Ed Walline Park, the bike trails, shops, restaurants, and arts complex are other treats at Gulf Place.
My only suggestion is the owners consider a light on the ceiling fan over the bed. In the winter, when it gets dark early, it’s hard to read in bed with the lamps that are currently in the unit.
This is a condo I’ll definitely consider for future trips to 30A. Thanks to the owners and managers.
