Annual golf trip

I have been traveling with this group to the charlotte area for 21 years for a golf trip. This was the best place we have ever stayed. Everything went smoothly was exactly has was told to me.

Great family get away

We had the most relaxing Christmas vacation with family at the Chasetone. The house was large enough to provide everyone their own space but with plenty of opportunity and room to enjoy lots of time and activities together. The setting is breathtaking with gorgeous sunsets daily surrounded by the beauty and serenity of Lake Norman. We would love to visit again.

Lake Side Getaway

We came with a larger group for a concert in town and the location was perfect. We were able to rent a boat and pick up/drop off from the house made it super easy! Plenty of boat towels too. We had 5 couples so having a bathroom for each couple near their room was perfect. We also were able to grill out and have a fire one night to watch a sports game. Overall, the communication from the property management company also made our stay super easy and relaxing. Plus, you get a great sunset view off the kitchen/deck.

Amazing!

This property was more than I expected! My family and friends enjoyed the beautiful lake views and amenities! Will stay again for sure! Stay at Lake Norman we’re very attentive and was available any and every time I had a question! Can’t wait til the next visit!!

Hassle Free Vacation

The house was as amazing as the photos on line. We had 17 people at the house 8 adults and 9 kids (16 to 22 years of age). The game room was a great place for everyone. The location on the lake was perfect. We are looking forward to becoming back soon. Stay Lake Norman employees were always helpful and very friendly.

Amazing Property and Great Customer Service

We loved our stay at this property and have made it a favorites that we will use over and over again. We only used two bedrooms but it was still perfect for us. We loved the theater room, kitchen and views. The game room by the garage is awesome as well. We are so glad we found this home and decided to give it a try. It will be our go-to home for travel to Lake Norman for sure.

THIS WAS THE PERFECT 4 NIGHT GETAWAY

we wanted a place that would feel clean and also give us a nice distraction from the craziness going on right now. everything from the beginning communication with the rental management in regards to the house and arranging for the boat and the little details the rental company did (stay lake norman) such as a bottle of wine and a reminder call about the garage cans out on Sunday night (thanks for that!!) it was so helpful. but truly it's the house that is perfect. we came just with our 3 kids and it had everything we needed (even though we brought everything because of the covid we wanted to use all of our own stuff) but the house was fully equipped. it's EXTREMELY clean and wonderfully laid out. the game room is amazing, the hammock was lots of fun, the fire pit was a perfect lakeside activity after the day on the boat, the rooms were so cozy. we watched a movie every night in the movie room. this rental is AMAZING! and we've been to several. DEF worth going to!!

Perfect retreat!

I’m struggling to find the right words to describe this property. It’s stunning! Lake views from every window, tastefully finished, great attention to every detail and immaculate! The rental company for the home and the boat we used for the week made the process simple and seamless. We spent many hours in the game room and home theater and our 4 kids expressed how especially welcomed and considered they’ve felt at this property. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family!

In 2015, StayLakeNorman started with their first specialty vacation rental home with an "urban contemporary" design theme. The Lake Norman vacation rental market loved this new offering, as the approximately 200 vacation homes in the area at that time were mostly just older lake homes that owners we not using and calling them vacation homes. Most had mismatched furniture, decor, colors and no dedicated style or concise personality. Over the next few years, StayLakeNorman continued to add new homes to the market and the luxury vacation rental standard was pushed up higher again.

StayLakeNorman was born and a "one-stop, sexy-house shop" was in full swing with the best designers and contractors in place to offer what luxury vacation guests wanted and demanded based on market feedback. We implemented management processes from the best and largest companies in the USA and continue to fine-tune the operation. Much was learned and many mistakes made.

Switch forward to today, StayLakeNorman has in their control the strongest performing vacation rental homes on Lake Norman. We also have a boat rental company and concierge services to help complete what luxury guests want in their vacations. Our staff includes Reservationists, Housekeeping Managers, Maintenance folks, Quality Control teams, and third-party housekeepers, private chefs, massage therapists, etc.
