Fabulous place. Very clean and great location. Kitchen had everything needed. Loved sitting in the family room and watching people ski down the corridor path.

Great location and well kept apartment

Super easy access on and off mountain. Apartment was well kept and comfortable. Welcome basket was a nice gesture. Management company was incredibly responsive to our needs. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Fabulous from booking to checkout and everything in between

While the condo was perfect, it truly was the attention to detail from the booking to check in to on-site support that put it over the top. But, the condo was very well appointed - we appreciate the little things like sandwich bags and laundry detergent. It was very modern, spacious and clean. The park I head perfect, even for our guest that stopped by and right on the slope! Can’t wait to come back!

This unit was everything that was advertised very comfortable and welcoming same for the hot tub and pool it was really quiet and pleasant stayed you could not ask for anything else very well supplied winter park lodging company company were great making sure you got in and all was working good would stay here again no doubt about !

Nestled in the woods

The space was beautiful, roomy and well appointed. A ski trail could be seen from the window. The only drawback was trudging up 60 steps to get there which is a bit daunting with sea level lungs. Also you could not easily walk to central village. So I would call it walk up and ski out. If you can deal with that, it was otherwise perfect.

Chill 404 was a great place to stay. Would happy to stay there again. There is a set of stairs (61 to be exact) that leads to a gentle green run that goes directly to the gondola. Mary Jane (Blue) is the run that leads to the condo at the end of the day. I walked a few times to gondola both down the green run and on the street which is a good walk but not excessive. Beautiful scenery out of the window from the living room. All the kitchen accomodations needed as well as a washer and dryer. When problems arise there was a prompt response within 30 minutes from maintenance. Family across the hall lives there year round and was incredibly helpful.

Return to the Slopes

13 years since our last family ski trip...so it had to be special...slope-side, great view, beautiful accommodations, fresh powder every day, waffles on the mountain...you get my drift (pun intended) Exceeding all our expectations, praise God, our trip was all this and more! The best way to describe the condo was my daughter's first impression...as she walked through the entry and looked directly out the wall of windows toward the mountain and saw nothing but snow and Aspens...tears of joy filled her eyes (she also loved the decor). Kind of dramatic, I know, but it really was a special trip for us...the condo was perfect, well appointed, everything was neat, clean, and well cared for. The washer and dryer in the closet kept our packing light...the endless hot water system meant great, relaxing showers after the slopes. Community hot tub was perfect, did not try the endless pool but it looked like a great feature along with the grill and outdoor fireplace. Parking in the covered parking was a very welcome bonus with the snow and cold we were blessed with! We cooked in every night and enjoyed watching the nightly snow cat run up the corridor trail outside the window. We decided the morning hike up the steps to the trail was a necessary and helpful warmup for the day! We could not have been more pleased with our stay. We hope to return next year!

Nice place

The property was nice with cute decor. Comfortable beds. We didn’t have hot water the first night which was incredibly inconvenient. We also didn’t like having to drive to base village.

Family Gathering

What a lovely space for family that is normally spread around the country to gather and spend time. Everything about the place is quality and I would happily spend another 5 days there in the future. Thank you to our hosts!!

Two great vacation rental experiences!

Winter Park Lodging Company is an excellent property management and service company. Their professionalism is reflected in the many small details that are not overlooked, which I have found very unusual. From guest amenities in the accommodations, to staff clearing snow from sidewalks at 5:00 AM. We had two separate experiences renting from Winter Park Lodging and I would turn to them first the next time we visit Winter Park.

Luxury and comfort

Love this property and would definitely stay here again. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Has everything you need. Location is perfect easy access to slopes. Liked it not being right at the base. Quieter and just picturesque from all the windows. Didn’t want to leave!

Love This Condo!

What a beautiful condo that's right on the slopes! Everything is brand new here and it was perfect for our small family (2 adults + 2 kids). Super comfy beds and lot of rooms so we weren't stepping all over each other like some small condos we've stayed in. We loved the ski locker and the heated walkway to the easy green ski slope that leads to the base area. Cool hot tub & small workout pool that the kids played in. What we loved the most was all the cool, unique art throughout that made the stay really special. Also, Winter Park Lodging Company answered all our questions within minutes via text which was so cool. We'll be back to stay at Chill 404!

Awesome Condo - Close To Slopes

We were the first group to stay in this brand new condo and it did not disappoint! We loved all the art pieces throughout and the views out of the huge windows are to die for. You can watch the skiers go by from the deck which was awesome. Beds were cozy and perfect for our 4 person family. Make sure to check out the hot tub & pool on the lower level when your muscles are tired. The pool is one of those workout pools but that was fun for the kids! Also, you can ski right to the sidewalk for this building which is so great after a long day or to stop home for lunch. Finally, Winter Park Lodging Company was so great to work with! They talked us through all our questions, helped with local tips and made sure our stay was 5 star. Stay here, you won't regret it!
