Booked three nights at this location. I was texted on the second day of our trip stating that our third night was cancelled. We immediately called the property manager and they stated that all they could do was refund that one night. They would not help us find somewhere to stay or help pay the difference in price for a room somewhere else because by this time the cost of another room had doubled. The property manager said sorry for the inconvenience and that was all they could do. We spoke to the hotel manager who stated this happens all the time. I would recommend just booking through the hotel if you want a guaranteed room for your whole stay
