Awesome location

Perfect weekend getaway to stay on the beach. Condo was clean and well organized, spacious, and comfortable. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Grocery store within short driving distance. Awesome communication with property management! Plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend!

Second stay.... glad we came back

The condo was clean and neat. Its just a short walk to the beach altho the pool onsite is a great bonus. Enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back in the future.

Fun on the beach

Close to a nice beach with a warm salt water pool to keep the kids entertained. Plenty of beach and pool toys and amenities for the whole family.

Excellent Place

Great location right next to the beach with a nice pool. The property included everything listed and two closets full of extra items to use at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, fishing gear, etc). Overall this was a great place to visit!

Best place I have stayed

It was very clean and had everything I needed very reasonably priced, will definitely be staying here again. After being told I had months to live I needed a getaway to myself and this was perfect right across the street from the beach that I visited every morning and night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone family, single anyone

Super convenient

Very close to the beach and lots of different restaurants. The pool was wonderful. The other guests were great, even the kids were rather quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

In St Pete for a wedding

This condo was perfect for my needs. A courtyard pool and a short walk to the beach across the street. Great places to eat near by or all the kitchen utensils to cook at the condo.

Great place, close to beach

Nice place to stay, code to the beach, a lot of thing for the beach in room, except towels. I was not a fan of the 6:30 am trash dumpster pickup 2 days in a row. This was a great place to stay, we will stay here again

Great Location

Communication with Roger was great! This unit was recently remodled and work is being done on the surronding units. Noise wasn't an issue, as they worked during the day when we weren't in the room much anyway. Pool is steps away from the room and the beach just across the parking lot! Location was perfect! Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Unit is newly furnished, so not a lot of the "extras" yet. Beach supplies, pizza pan, small things like that, but definitely still a great place to stay!! 2 teenage girls shared the pull out and were fine all week. Bedroom has a nice king bed. Would recommend staying here!!

Wonderful Month!!

The location is amazing - walking distance to all good bars and restaurants. Beach was close, heated pool was appreciated. Kitchen could use an update- we ate in a lot as we stayed a month - stove took a bit to figure out. Bathroom newly redone very nice, living room furniture comfy. People in the complex very nice and helpful!! Would love to rebook again if opening become available!!

Cozy, but somewhat dated.

The unit was in a great location. Decor and mattresses were dated but usable. There is very limited parking during busy beach times because it right next to a public access. The pool is secluded private and beautiful. We had an excellent stay and I would still recommend this to others. Just don't expect the Ritz Carlton! The manager made it easy to book and we had no issues while wwte there.

This was an amazing location!!! Just literally a 3 min walk to beach. The furniture was very uncomfortable. It was a little outdated, but we knew that going in so it didn't bother us. But all the living room furniture is very low to ground and not comfortable at all. So if you are inside much keep that in mind. They had camping chairs and noodles and things which was a nice bonus. Overall I would stay there again. Also as a bonus they had a salt water pool right out the door. It was amazing!! Very quiet and safe area.

Great location

Great location to beach and walking distance for restaurants. Our little one loved the pool too. The condo could use some updating and ventilation. There was a musty odor that did not go away. Spending a little extra on decent towels, pillows and sheets would go a long way. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

LOCATION LOCATION!

This was a GREAT location directly across from the beach and several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The property grounds/pool area very nice and well maintained. The unit itself was not. Furniture all needs to be replaced, the couches were dirty and beds were crushed. But was not expensive so expected some of that.

Okay property, cannot beat the location!

Small property, older and needs updates. Bathroom had recently been updated, but unit could use a deep clean, new furniture, and some updated decor. Worked for our family of four (with younger children), but glad we had the beach not too far away to spread out as it definitely felt cramped in the unit itself. Kids enjoyed the pool and the extra leftover sand and water toys.

Nice spot to get away

We stay in St Pete Beach twice per year usually in this area. This unit was clean. A lot of units have a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella but this one did not. The unit was clean but could use some updating. The mattress was sagging quite a bit.

Good location, nice area

Would have been nice to have more than 1 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels or Kleenex, and only one trash bag. The A/C went out our last night there. It was late, so I didn't report it until the next morning, just before we checked out. But, overall, it was a good stay.

From the location and exterior of the property was excellent. Inside was dated, there was an odor when you walked into condo. Bedroom light's didn't work. Also, wished there was a TV in the bedroom. Other than that had a great time!

Great location! Will be back!

Some girlfriends and I came down from Michigan to get away from the snow and had a wonderful time here! The manager Roger was wonderful and set us up in a nearby hotel immediately once he found out that the site had allowed us to double-book one of our nights! This was the only hiccup in our otherwise wonderful stay on the quiet beach of Saint Pete (beach access was right across from the condo parking area)! It was 82 and sunny the entire 5-day trip! Exactly what we needed!!! :)

Kick it up!

the smell and furnace filter where horrible!! I replaced it myself. Also the beds need to be replaced! It's such a great location....the pool area well maintained! Just need a better house keeper. And some consistency on housekeeping.
