Located in Peri, close to many remarkable sites, between sea and mountain, Matteo Laricio is a 90m² T3 apartment located on the second floor of a house. Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge.
Featuring a terrace or balcony with garden views, the apartment has air conditioning, a sitting area, flat-screen satellite TV, and a kitchen.
Guests can enjoy a shared garden and pool.
Linen is provided. Towels at an additional cost.

Accommodation:
90 m² apartment located on the 1st floor of a house with a beautiful shared garden and pool.
The owner who lives in the house right next door, will be happy to show you the sites to visit.
It consists of :
- A modern living room of 40 m² with view on the garden
- American kitchen fitted out
- Two bright bedrooms with double beds of 140 x 190. View on the mountain and the garden.
- Bathroom with shower and toilet in each room

Outside :
- Private terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue
- Shared garden with another apartment
- Swimming pool of 10 x 5 m, not heated. The pool is shared with two other apartments. Open from May to the end of September. During the day only, from 10 am to 7 pm.

- A second flat, "Matteo Leccia", located in the same house, can be booked subject to availability.

- Possibility of hiring a Dacia duster 4/4. Pick-up and drop-off in Ajaccio and the surrounding area. Availability and prices available from the host.

Matteo Laricio "Helle modern Wohnung Sehr schöne, großzügige , lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit großem Balkon und Klimatisierung! Die Lage war angenehm ruhig, auch wenn sie an zwei Straßen liegt. Es wäre schön, wenn die Küchenausstattung ein bisschen großzügiger wäre. Wir haben immer ein vernünftiges, professionelles Küchenmesser dabei, das hatte aber nicht gereicht, sodass ich im Carefour ein einfaches Messerset gekauft habe, was in der Wohnung verblieben ist (die Nachfolgenden werden sich hoffentlich freuen). Wer viel kochen möchte, braucht einiges mehr 😉 Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Übergabe bei der Anreise und auch Abreise sehr unkompliziert und flexibel (die gewünschten Uhrzeiten hat der Besitzer immer mitgetragen). Die Außenanlage ist etwas lieblos gestaltet- ein paar Orleandersträucher etc. entlang der Terrasse der Erdgeschoss-Wohnung wäre sehr schön Auch eine bessere Verschattungsmöglichkeit unseres Balkons wäre sinnvoll. Wir waren tagsüber viel unterwegs, damit war das nicht ganz so schlimm. Aber in unserer Reisezeit hatten wir schon morgens um 7:30 Uhr 30 Grad! Den Grill auf unserem Balkon durften wir nutzen (im Gegensatz zu einer Bewertung). Die Außenanlage"

Helle modern Wohnung

Sehr schöne, großzügige , lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit großem Balkon und Klimatisierung! Die Lage war angenehm ruhig, auch wenn sie an zwei Straßen liegt. Matteo Laricio Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques et accueillants. Le logement était bien climatisé et propre, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. La vue magnifique sur les montagnes était un vrai régal pour les yeux. La piscine était un plus non négligeable, idéale pour se détendre et se rafraîchir. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Sehr schöne Wohnung, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Aufteilung mit einem großen Balkon, wie beschrieben. Sie eignet sich hervorragend für Ausflüge an den Strand, Fluss oder auch in die Berge. Nach der Rückkehr kann man sich dann im Pool erfrischen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar.

Vacances en famille à Péri

Logement spacieux idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes ou 2 couples d’amis. Situé au calme avec une belle vue sur les montagnes corses mais seulement à 20 min d’Ajaccio. Extérieur : piscine + terrain pétanque agréables pour de bons moment en famille. Propriétaire disponible et très sympathique. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Matteo Laricio Emplacement idéal pour gravir autour d'Ajaccio entre mer et montagne. Lieu calme, proche de l'aéroport (15 mns), commerces à 5 minutes à peine, appartement spacieux et bien équipé. La piscine est grande, bien agréable après une journée de randonnée. Notre hôte a été très arrangeant pour notre départ compte tenu du retard de notre vol.

Bel appartement, belle disposition et bien équipé. Propriétaire très sympa et accueillant. Piscine très bien. Belle situation qui est un bon point de départ pour la visite de nombreux sites environnants.

Celle maison entre mer et montagne

Maison très bien placée au calme entre mer et montagne à 10 minutes de nombreux commerces et à 20 minutes des plages de Porticcio.De notre grand balcon, nous avions une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Nous avons aussi apprécié la belle piscine qui est vraiment un plus. Le propriétaire très serviable et discret nous a aussi fait profiter des récoltes de son nouveau potager ! Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances.
