The Gîtes de la Croix au Blanc: "Les Rosiers

The cottage "Les Rosiers" is a charming 2-storey farmhouse for families of 4 to 10 people. It is part of a farmhouse of several buildings on an area of just over 1 hectare. Travelers will have access to a covered and heated swimming pool 5 months of the year from May to the end of September, however the temperature of 28°C is only guaranteed in the summer months. Everything is there for a pleasant calm and relaxing stay.<br><br>Our cottages are located in the village of Sains in Brittany, an ideal place to visit the Bay of Mont St Michel, its abbey and museums, Mont Dol, the beaches of St Malo, Cancale, Dinard and many others...<br><br>The cottage "les Rosiers" includes: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc...). A living room with two sofas for 10 people, a smartTV with youtube access and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed 190x140 with some storage furniture. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the attic is a dormitory with 4 single beds 190x80 and 2 single beds 200x90 as well as some storage furniture. The cottage also has a private terrace with table for 10 people and barbecue.<br><br>A kit of dishwashing products, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, toilet paper are available free of charge.<br><br>Above 20kwh per night, electricity is billed at €0.27 per kwh to be paid at the end of the stay according to consumption. A sub-meter is read at the beginning and at the end of the stay at the time of the inventory.<br>A wood stove is available as an ornament with wood log at an additional cost<br><br>Tourist tax: 3.47% of the nights per person per day<br><br>Free WiFi internet access in all our cottages<br><br>Bed linen is optional for 15€ per bed as well as the supply of a small and large towel for 10€ per person.<br><br>Cleaning is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately at €70 in addition to the price of the stay. However, you must leave the cottage in order with garbage cans and dishwasher emptied and duvets folded on the beds.<br><br>The house is designed for 4 to 10 people with 3 parking spaces and private garden.<br>You can also enjoy the rest of the land as well as the covered and heated swimming pool that can be used from Easter to All Saints' Day.
