We had a wonderful experience staying at this villa! Tiffany was incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great stay. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us.The location is excellent — quiet, relaxing, and just minutes from the Four Seasons resort amenities. The home is spacious, well laid out, and perfect for a family getaway. We loved enjoying our mornings on the lanai with coffee and taking in the beautiful view.Thank you, Tiffany, for being such a thoughtful host and making our time in Hualalai easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay again!

Nice unit, but location isn't the best - and the checkout policy sucks

This is a beautiful condo, but one of the closest units to the highway. Don't count on leaving the windows open as the highway noise starts early in the morning from large trucks and muffler-less cars that so many losers on the B.I. are driving these days (while the local police do NOTHING about these ridiculously noisy vehicles). We didn't notice at the time of booking, but checkout is TEN A.M.! That's unrealistic - and if you do the math that means you're paying 25% more for the final day, by renting for only 18 hours instead of 24. The property mgr. did allow us an extra 90 minutes but only after we complained...

Enjoy all the Hualalai has to offer!!!

Our family of four had a fantastic April time at the property. We are seasoned veterans with visiting the Hualalai, and as beautiful as the resort and accommodations are down at the resort, having a large space for the family to enjoy is usually our preference. The unit has everything you need, great location, large kitchen and bathrooms, wonderful views down to the ocean, and is beautifully maintained. Everything from the initial booking process, email communications, check-in and then check-out were all effortless steps and managed perfectly. Even our early arrival was met with aloha as the unit was getting final preparations for our arrival, really made us feel welcomed! Oh, and the, what we would call a "performance level golf cart", was really a joy to have access to and use as our daily means of transportation to and from the resort. The kids really enjoyed the rides. We didn't cook or bbq nearly as much as we thought we would (nod to Pine Tree Cafe and the excellent options down at the resort), but the unit is well appointed with appliances, coffee maker, and cookware. Thanks for sharing your hale with us, and a hui hou!!!

simply the best!

We loved every minute! Beautiful property located on the most exclusive Hualalai Hotel Resort. Our family was very comfortable in this well designed villa. Every detail was thought of and nothing was overlooked from the extensive book collection, towels, Maile toiletries and comfortable beds. We were looking forward to using the golf cart during our visit and unfortunately it was not available due to ongoing mechanical problems. The property manager was responsive and we had a satisfactory resolution. Overall, a 5 star vacay. Can't wait to return to this exact property again.

Great location at Hualalai! The condo was clean and exactly as described. We loved having the extra space but still being able to enjoy the Four Seasons property. The ocean views are spectacular. Debbie was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. We will absolutely be back! Mahalo!

Very nice property with scenic views

We've stayed at various properties at Hualalai so are well acquainted with the resort. This is a nice, upper level condo that is well maintained, full stocked and well managed. The property is at the top of the resort which provides exceptional views over the property and across the ocean. There's nice separation of space between the two bedrooms and the unit overall is spacious. If there are two adult couples and you're planning to use the resort facilities often, I'd recommend having a rental car for the duration of the trip to get back and forth to the hotel. While it's a lovely walk or run down to the resort, it's about 1.5 miles so a bit of hike if you're not on the golf cart. Once golf cart is provided and it's a great way to get around the resort. I'd recommend this unit and would return again. Hualalai is a great luxury experience, and while the resort food and beverage prices are spendy, the overall value is great.

Christmas in Hawaii

This is a great property in a great location. The resort is a real gem and the property was perfect for our family. Everything worked, was clean and the property manager was communicative and responsive. Can't wait to come back and stay longer next time.

The owners, Francisco and Meredith are very happy owners of the villa, which you will soon visit. Francisco is a chiropractor and Meredith is a college professor. They have been coming to the Big Island for over 20 years. Meredith's grandfather moved to Honolulu in the early 1900s and she and her husband are both happy to continue her family's presence in the state of Hawaii.
