Great location and great pool. The apartment is stocked with everything you need. Morning coffee on the roof was great! I’ll definitely return here again.

Beautiful views in a great location.

Extremely clean and tidy, well-appointed kitchen and everything worked great! The furniture layout doesn't make the most of the small indoor space. Incredible pool and outdoor amenities, convenient spot for Cerritos.

Great Short Stay

For the price, it was an exceptional value. Great location to the beach! They advertise a restaurant on site, there is one, but in a different phase and they keep the doors locked in between phases. (small thing, but a little weird) We were able to go to the restaurant, just had to walk around the outside of both properties. Pool was great, very quiet during our stay. Thanks!!

Smells like a Sewer

Would I stay again: Maybe Property managers: Online PMs were ok, but they wouldn't drive 45 min to resolve an issue. I had to buy products to fix the issue. I did meet a tall female PM with a coworker on the last day and the tall female was the rudest person I've ever met. She said I never texted them about the problems and I laughed, then she B slapped me with a comment and walked away with her coworker apologizing for her attitude. Fire the B. The room Smells like a sewer when you first walk in. We had to apply bleach every day down the shower drain to get rid of the smell. They didn't have a drain flap or it was broken. Poor plumbing. Eight-day stay, only one toilet paper roll, and one garbage was provided. You are requested to not flush any TP down the toilet but put it in a trash bag next to the toilet. The dishes were well worn and they had coffee stains in the mugs. The sheets were not clean and the pillows on the main bed had stains. Didn't know if we could use the provided water, so we bought water. This area gets very dusty from the road. Great pool and they provided beach towels. TV is streaming only so no cable. Bring your Firestick to watch TV. We did run very low of water and the management group asked us to not take showers. Great places to eat within walking distance.

Great location and day beds were perfect for our two boys. Big shout out to the grounds keeper. The pool area was immaculate.

Perfect stay in a beautiful place!

The property was exactly as portrayed online. It is clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. The condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach, the pool is outside of the door, and there's a palapa for watching sunsets and whales. I wouldn't have wanted to stay any where else in Cerritos! Our host was available and helpful whenever we needed anything.

Could use some fixes that will make a world of difference

The good: Property location, roof deck dining and views, internet/tv, comfy bed and living room lounging, beach towels, sheets, nice sized space for two people. Helpful fixes: Cleaner and easy-to-pull hanging drapes; seat cushions for indoor dining bench; cushions for outdoor lounge chairs; coffee maker needed cleaning; resolve the continuous septic odor in the bathroom; thorough cleaning/scrubbing of bbq grill. All in all, the rates were comparable to the rental property, and Rupert was very accommodating to our vacation date changes and in communicating with us.

25 Year Anniversary trip

My husband and I went down for our 25th wedding anniversary. The property manager, John, was so wonderful about answering any questions, or concerns I had. The property was immaculate!! There was someone there at 7am every morning cleaning the pool and making sure everything was ready for the day!! We LOVED the rooftop deck and used it every evening and in the morning for coffee. Barracuda was awesome for fish tacos, however my favorite restaurant was Casa Maya. It's in the complex. We had the most amazing dinner. The surf shop on the other side of the complex had a great variety of T-Shirts and Sweatshirts. Great quality. We will most definitely be coming back here!! Very family friendly atmosphere.

Awesome!

Room was perfect for us and our week long getaway with great access to the beach and local services. The grounds are immaculately kept and very quiet. The attached restaurant has AMAZING food. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. Loved this place!

Perfect 1 bedroom

Thank you. This was the perfect 1 bedroom place to stay! Everything necessary was provided. The location was fantastic. Plenty of space and plenty of fun!!!!
