The good stuff: Great location. Very convenient to beach, food and activities. Huge home. 3 floors. A bathroom to go with each bedroom. The bottom floor is perfect for the kids and their friends with 2 beds, 2 couches, a table and bathroom. The main floor has a master bedroom, kitchen great room with plenty of seating. The top floor (3rd floor) has 3 other bedrooms and a game room with a pool table. The pool is small and fabulous. We used it every day. Looks just like most of the pictures.
The real deal: the house needs a lot of work. The dining chairs have no support, so you sit down in them and you feel the wood frame on your backside. Other furniture was ripped up and not in great shape as well. Just don’t expect high quality furnishings.
The refrigerator is missing a shelf and is very very small. If you are going to have 5 families or 16 people, it would be quite difficult to store all of your supplies in there. The oven does not work. It was grimy and It overheated while we were using it.
The shower in the main floor master is very small. If you are a larger person you will find it difficult to turn around. There is a huge bathtub in the corner.
The nice hammock in the pictures is in shambles and just laying on the main floor deck. The outdoor furniture is not clean or in good repair. (Bring your own pool chairs)
The management company was very nice. It took a while to get ahold of them but they did get things handled that they could. They have to work with the owners and it seemed like maybe the owners were or are slow to approve the much needed repairs.
