This property could be excellent. The location is prime and the house is lovely. My family enjoyed walking to a nearby bakery in the morning and it’s an easy walk to town or the Château de Fontainebleau and its grounds.Finding the entrance was a bit difficult, mostly due to our arrival time getting confused so the host couldn’t be there. Once we realized where the entrance is there was no more trouble. Parking is dedicated to the house and was easy.We moved in and found the house to be slightly dirty with the floors and counters needing some cleaning before we felt comfortable. The cleaning supplies were old but we were able to find adequate supplies to get the job done. The refrigerator had an odor and the freezer shelves were broken as well as stains in the oven from cooking. We cleaned the refrigerator and that helped the smell and we used it for the 4 nights we stayed. Some of the lights were falling from the sockets but didn’t affect the stay at all. The hot water pressure was very weak making it difficult to shower, plus only one of the showers worked and the other didn’t have enough flow to be useable.There were many small items that are easily solved. Honestly all this house needs is a deep clean, some maintenance and I suggest some decluttering / decorating to become a 5 star house.We had a great visit and with a few corrections to the property we would want to stay again.

Une énorme déception pour cette location, maison soi-disant neuve qui ne l’est pas. Ménage quasiment pas fait ( croquettes de chien retrouvés dans la cuisine et dans une chambre) vaisselle grasse réfrigérateur aux tiroirs cassés, frigo jauni et sale , four dégoûtant, wc sales. Barbecue rouillé Aucune instruction à l’arrivée que ce soit pour la Wifi, la télé, les poubelles ou tout suivi pour la locationPas de télécommande de la télé ( donc inutilisable)Et cerise sur le gâteau pas de clé laissée par le propriétaire pour la porte d’entrée principale ( la seule clé laissée est pour le portail du jardin facilement accessible) Propriétaire, impossible à joindre que ce soit en messagerie par téléphone durant toute la semaine de location. Bref, un vrai scandale

Super stay!

The perfect place to get away and relax. Nice clean and well equipped house. We had a wonderful time there. The jacuzzi and BBQ is definitely a plus and a highlight for our stay. Look forward to be back there for another special occasion soon. Thank you Arnaud and family for the perfect stay!

Génial pour se reposer.

Appartement en très bon état. Réception 4 G compliquée, cela peut être un problème pour les ados. Attention, pas de micro-ondes mais four et cuisinière à induction disponible. Bon accueil de la gérante.

Endroit bien situé et au calme. Amélioration à faire pour les enfants (marche-pieds, protection pour siège dans le séjour). Prévoir ventilateur.

A house with crazy neighbours

Une maison aux finitions soignées en surface seulement... Le jardin n’est pas fini, grand mur de béton et le gazon est quasi inexistant. Pas de wifi, un propriétaire TRÈS présent sur place. La notion de propriété lui est visiblement étrangère. 5 passages DANS la maison et Jardin en 24h. Un état des lieux qui commence 45 min avant la fin de la location. L’impression d’être observés, espionnés et jamais chez « Nous ». Un voisinage qui peine à vivre sa vie sans s’occuper de celle des occupants de la maison et ce visiblement tous les week ends de location de la Maison. Matériel défectueux (machine à café, lampe..) C’est donc une Maison qui ne se prête pas au location pour grand groupe d’amis !

Très bon séjour familial

Maison neuve très agréable à vivre : design, luminosité, jacuzzi super. Mais des finitions à faire: porte, volets, jardin. Ensuite ce sera parfait.

Tranquillité assurée.

Maison neuve, très fonctionnelle et spacieuse, rien à dire sur le salon qui était juste parfait. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et réactif pour tout type de demande. Très bon séjours 👌🏾
