Good, but not outstanding. Would definitely consider going back though. We loved the outdoor space and ate all our meals in the garden. Location, next to a couple of small beaches (one of which is dog-friendly), was perfect for us.Loved the view from the balcony, and the botanic is just a couple of minutes walk away and worth a visit.Couple of bars at the marina are handy. One of them sells bread and croissants in the morning.Things that would have made it 5 stars would be:- a bit more generous with things like toilet roll, dishwasher tablets on arrival- a slightly more thorough clean - we're not overly fussy, but there was evidence of a broken bottle at the side of the fridge, for example- tools for the barbecue

Beach house in Roscoff

Lovely property with sea views from most rooms and a lovely outdoor heated pool (which was very appreciated as the sea in this area is fairly chilly!) Really short walk down to a very pretty and sheltered sandy bay with lots of rocks to scramble on. Roscoff itself is a pretty (if very tourist focused) town with attractive buildings, a beautiful church and lots of crêperies. All in all a lovely family holiday

Highly recommended

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week. The villa ticked all the boxes for us…swimming pool, close proximity to a beautiful little beach, walking distance to the marina and town, lovely open plan living space with amenities. The only things I’d think to add if you’re planning a stay - we forgot a hairdryer (as my teen daughters kept reminding me!) and the WiFi isn’t consistent (which is expected, but worth keeping in mind if you need it). Thank you Ewan and Sophie.

Good but not perfect. Some renovation necessary.

Regarding the place: quite o.k. The "beach" is easily accessible. However, due to the very large tidal range and the resulting influx of algae, it is hardly usable. There are a lot of stones, little sands and from time to time strong waves. Not very usable for swimming. The house looks nice. The rooms are well furnished. There are a minor damages of the furniture that should be repaired or replaced. Esp. in the bath rooms and in the kitchen. Some power outlets or electrical controls are not functioning. The place of the dishwasher in the garage is a little bit strange, but it works. The terrace and garden furniture are usable. However, they should be renovated or replaced soon. Summary: The house is good, but positioning it as a luxury house is a bit exaggerated. The price-performance ratio is reasonable for the off-season, but during the peak season, it seems too expensive.

We enjoyed it

Generally we do not stay at the same place a second time. But in this case we did it and we really enjoyed it. The reasons? 1. The sea view and the location of the houses: The whole day a perfect view on the sea from the balcony, from the salon or the garden. Within 5 minutes at the beach, further 5 minuted to the port and 20 minuted to Roscoff. Everything without the car. If you like to go to other places. No problem by using the car. 2. The comfort: Everything we needed is / was there. For two / four people it is enough space so everyone is able to stay for him- or herself or to have a nice evening with the family. 3. Communication and check-in: In the case we had a question. It is answered as fast as possible - normally within one hour. Check-In and check-out as easy as possible. Everything is described and prepared. To summarize our stay: We really loved it because it is easy, a great place for everyone who loves the northern part of Brittany. Maybe will come a third time.

Die Ferienhäuser waren sehr hübsch und sauber und der Ausblick wunderbar! Allerdings sieht man auf dem 2. Blick, dass die besten Zeiten der Häuser vorbei sind. Leider war die obere Toilette defekt und so mussten wir in ein anderes Haus umziehen, da wir zeitweise zu viert waren. Leider war auch der Pool nicht zu benutzen. Er war verwahrlost! Vielleicht Ende der Saison üblich? Wir hatten extra vor der Abreise nochmal nachgefragt!!! Allerdings haben wir dafür auch eine kleine Entschädigung bekommen. Lieber hätten wir natürlich einen Pool gehabt…

Maison très spacieuse malgré l'absence de rangement dans une des chambres à l'étage.Propreté moyenne mais je suis très exigeante.Malheureusement aucun accueil à l'arrivée.Emplacement comme indiquée sur l'annonce tout simplement magnifique, calme et vue sur la mer.Quelques améliorations à suggérer : manque des robots de cuisine, wifi capricieux, Mais la région est magnifique, nous reviendrons.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est

Hôte plutôt disponible pour répondre à nos questions, un grillage a été installé pour que notre chien puisse être en sécurité dans le jardin. Par contre, la villa était sale quand nous sommes arrivés et rien n'était à disposition pour pouvoir nettoyer. Nos voisins ont même demandé à changer de villa car dans la même situation que nous. Ordures encore présentes dans la poubelle. La villa mériterait un gros rafraîchissement (tâches sur les murs, meubles , fissures, tâches sur les plaids...). Wi-Fi qui fonctionne très mal. Piscine non nettoyée et aspirateur qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pour du hors saison le prix ne vaut certainement pas la qualité.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans la location. Elle est spacieuse et a répondu à nos critères. Nous avons apprécié son emplacement, la piscine chauffée et la terrasse. Néanmoins, il nous a manqué de chaises longues sur cette terrasse ainsi que un peu plus d'équipement en vaisselle ( verres à pieds et verres)

Let op, geen privézwembad!

Dit huis heeft géén privézwembad, ook al staat dat wel in de advertentie. De foto's van het uitzicht zijn gedateerd, er groeit nu een hoge heg die het zeezicht wegneemt. Het huis zelf is verder prima, maar een nieuwe set pannen en deksels is wel echt noodzakelijk.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Haus liegt in einer traumhaften Lage, nur 50 Meter zu einem tollen Strand mit schneeweißem Strand. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und sehr warm. Leider funktionierte bei der Ankunft der Fernseher und das Internet nicht.Der Fernseher wurde ausgetauscht, das Internet war sehr langsam, nicht gut genug für YouTube oder Videokonferenzen. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Location und in 20min zu Fuß nach Roscoff. Super ruhig und sehr erholsam.

schönes haus mit traumhafter aussicht und ruhe

alles ohne persönliche kommunikation, hat geklappt ist aber natürlich gewöhnungsbedürftig mit lauter codes usw. das haus ist groß, ruhig und schön gelegen, der pool wird von 4 häusern benutzt. zum meer nur 3 minuten und schöner strand leider mit geruchsbelästigung durch was auch immer. achtung: klopapier, kaffeefilter, geschirspültabs usw. alles mitnehmen, dito. geschirrhandtücher, wir mussten welche kaufem, da nur 2 da waren.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Diese Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht: eine tolle Ausstattung, eine Terrasse mit hübschem Gärtchen und wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln, einen herrlichen Pool, einen fantastischen Strand in kürzester Laufdistanz und die Nähe zum charmantem Städtchen Roscoff. Wir haben unseren Urlaub so genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Agréable séjour en famille

Agréable maison facile à vivre, superbe spot au calme avec vue dégagée sur la mer et le port. Literie au top ! Prévoir épices, huile vinaigre etc et produits ménagers pour le séjour. Beaucoup de promenades en ville ou en bord de mer. Je recommande +++
