Unit was great. Well stocked kitchen (we did lots of cooking over the week). Views are really nice. Beds are comfy. Hosts are exceptionally responsive and accommodating.

I was disappointed that there tv could only be used for streaming, if you had the apps. I could not screen mirror to the tv due to its age. Forced to watch Super Bowl on my IPAD. No dressers in condo. Condo is dated and needs upgrading. Couch was awful. Refrigerator had a leak but host communicated well regarding the leak. Building elevators were a nuisance, fob needed reset almost daily. Good location downtown with a nice view and parking.

Wonderful property

Great place!

We had a great time staying here. The apartment looks even better in person; it was very clean, and Anne and Susie answered all the questions I had. They were very helpful. The location is also great; you can find everything nearby just by walking. I definitely recommend it.

Mom & Daughter 1st Miami Experience

Wonderful cleaning crew. The place was extremely clean and looked as pictured. Very spacey and more than well equiped for us. Plenty of amenities, but there is a 7 Eleven and a CVS located on the same building should you need anything. Also, a couple Publix stores are a short walk. Communication was beyond excellent. The neighborhood is as nice as the view. Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We walked amost everywhere. There is also free transit to get you to and from further locations. Felt very safe the entire time, especially in the buiding which is monitored 24/7 by an amazing team. One of the pools was down but that was not a problem as the other very large pool was up and running along with the hot tub. There was also a little like pool side cafe. All food delivery and transportation services are readily available as well. My initial reaction when we laid on the beds were "woah, these are hard"...but, we woke up every morning feeling the best we ever have (I guess we need different mattresses @ home, lol). I definitely recommend this place. We will definitely stay here if in the area again. Everything was perfect for us, location and all. Thank you!

Great Stay

We had the most wonderful stay at this property. Easy reservation and check-in process. The property was clean and well maintained. All basic supplies were provided and more (thanks!). The location can’t be beat. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

This place was amazing! Not a single complaint from my family. Looks just like the pictures.

I would highly recommend this property. Everything was perfect. We even locked ourselves out of the condo, but a quick message to our host and someone quickly came and saved the day! We loved every second here.
