新しく改装された1020��方フィートのコンドミニアム-ビーチからわずか2ブロック。 地上階にあり、ポートAの夕日を楽しむのに最適なポーチがあります。 この沿岸のかわい子ちゃんには、ソファ（寝台に折り畳む）、リクライニングチェア、テレビ、ケーブル、Wi-Fiを備えた広いリビングルームがあります。 フルキッチンには花崗岩の白いカ��ンタートップカウンターと2つのバースツールが備わっています。 隣接するダイニングエリアには4人用の座席があります。 洗濯機/乾燥機は、ホールクローゼットにきれいに収納されています。 マスターベッドルーム（BR1）には、キングサイズベッド、テレビ、クローゼット、チェスト、バスタブ/シャワーユニット付��の専用バスルームがあります。 ゲストベッドルーム（BR2）には、クイーンベッドとツインベッド、テレビ、クローゼッ���、チェストがあります。 独立したシャワーを備えたホールのバスルームを使用しています。 ビーチで一日を過ごした後、ポーチで外でリラックスしたり、複雑なプールで泳いだりしてお楽しみください。

Convenient & Dog-friendly

We loved our recent stay at Costa Del Ray Townhomes. It was clean and cute with very comfy beds. The location is fantastic—just a short walk/drive to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking. We especially appreciated the convenient water hose for rinsing off sand before going inside. Highly recommend!

This place is really close to the beach. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the beds are really comfy. Everything was really nice. Management is easy to reach and to work with.

Great Beach House

This was a great small house, fit our our family well. I loved that it had space for three kids in the room, so no one was sleeping on a couch. Kitchen was great and well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy and quick.

Great weekend away

We had a great experience. Very clean and had just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The property management company was amazing. We called with a slight problem and someone was there in 15 minutes to help us. Will definitely recommend to family & friends!

Perfect Getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. Plenty of space and a great floorpan for privacy. This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental property. You could prepare ANYTHING! The host was so responsive and we felt really valued. The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Thank you!

Property was well equipped with kitchen ware and gadgets. Comfy beds and linen. Only trouble I had was that I didn’t receive the door code and was confused on how to get in but I called the number on the window sign and was able to have it sent within seconds.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The unit was great. It was comfortable, clean and easy access to the beach. The only let down was the pool was green and not swimmable. We booked the stay here because there was a pool, so we could have gone to a more affordable location without a pool. But overall we had a nice time.

Great time!

It’s been years since the family visited Port A - we had a blast and this very clean, nicely decorated condo was a big part of the positive experience. It’s easy to get to the beach, was a very quiet location, with parking right at the front door.
