Treat yourself to an unforgettable stay in this large Provencal villa, nestled in the heart of the Sainte-Victoire vineyards.

Ideally located close to the centre of Peynier, this holiday rental will allow you to fully enjoy the sweetness of life in the South. You will find all the amenities you need nearby: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, tobacconist's, pharmacy... A market also awaits you in Trets, a medieval town located just 5 km away.

The villa offers a spacious and comfortable living space for up to 10 people. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 WCs, a large living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. For convivial moments with family or friends, two large terraces await you.

Relaxation is guaranteed with the heated pool, automatically treated by electrolysis. A heated shower is also available nearby. And for sports enthusiasts, a gym equipped with a professional treadmill, a complete weight training bench, a punching bag, a wall ladder, weights and a simple bench is at your disposal.

For your leisure time, you will find on site a petanque court, a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, a foosball table, a badminton net and board games.

Nature lovers will be able to discover the sublime Sainte-Victoire, immortalized by Cézanne, and the spectacular landscapes of the Garlaban de Pagnol. The Var, located nearby, also offers many possible excursions.

Lovely, quiet location in the village, with a fantastic boulangerie and also great little restaurant within easy walk. House living room and kitchen area superb, plus the balcony. Garden great - pool amazing! Just be aware that whilst the air con in the living area is excellent, it is only in the 2 bedrooms on the first floor and is not is good working order - flooded the room in one and both made banging noises. Also note that there is a VERY fluffy cat that we were asked to feed daily. One of our party is very allergic to cats so the cat spent its week outside….That should be warned about. Other than that, the owners were friendly and we had a lovely stay.

Vacances au Paradis

La maison est encore mieux que les photos. Tout y est pour passer d excellentes vacances peut importe la tranche d âge. Elle permet un cadre reposant, de s amuser (grande piscine, jeux de société, jeux d extérieurs, baby foot.. ), de faire du sport, cuisiner et de decouvrir de superbes paysages. La location est spacieuse, elle permet donc a chacun d avoir un endroit pour s isoler si besoin. Pascal et Mylène sont des hôtes accueillants, disponibles et à l écoute. Il y a toutes les commodités nécessaires autours de la propriété.

A very nice and well-equipped house

We had a great stay in this house. There was enough space for all of us. The kitchen is new and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the big swimming pool.

Magnifique demeure permettant le repos et bien situé (20/30

Grande maison , nous étions 9 personnes. Bien agencé et possibilité de s’isoler si besoin. La piscine très très agréable. Les hôtes très attentionnés. Vivement conseilles pour du repos et très bien situés, petits commerce a proximites (10min en voiture). Nous avons passés un excellent séjour et nous sommes prêt à y retourner.
