Welcome to White Combs Mountain Lodge , 5 stars, spa, close to lifts and village

Overlooking Les 2 Alpes ski resort, The White Combs Chalet will seduce you with their breathtaking view of La Muzelle mountain peak. Available from Summer to Winter, they offer a warm and cozy atmosphere.

From the lodge, you can discover the wonders of the Alpine mountains, from an altitude of 1600 to 3600 m during summer or winter, from a simple hike to extreme sports… skiing from mid-December to early Summer on a unique glacier with beautiful panoramic views.

The location of the cottages provides an easy access to ski lifts, restaurants, shops and other activities at the resort. In this natural setting, the Whitcomb lodge is not only modern, but also eco-friendly and respectful of the authentic build of the traditional alpine chalet, letting guests have a taste of the mountain life and spend a great time.

The White Combs Mountain Lodge offers 300 square-meters spread out over 4 stories and can both comfortably accommodate up to 14 people:

• L’Espace Nuit regroups a balcony offering an exceptional view of the Alps and 7 en-suite bedrooms, each containing a wardrobe, a TV and high-quality bedding.

• L’Espace Vie is an open space where you’ll find the dining room with a table for 14 people and a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a living room with a suspended chimney. You’ll also be greeted in the heated ski room before entering the space and be able to enjoy the beautiful view “plein Sud” from an open terrace that is heated and furnished with a table and lounge spot.

• l'Espace Détente is the furnished mezzanine situated above the Espace Vie, the top floor under the traditional attic frame: two cozy spots with a library and additional beds.

• L'Espace Bien-être includes an exterior jacuzzi for up to 7 people, a sauna for 5, an indoor pool with counter-current swimming, an indoor gym and an extra shower.

Parking: The chalet also has 3 covered parking spots including a closed-in, accessible via a covered pedestrian passage with an elevator and 3 supplementary open/non-covered parking spots.

Additional information: Low allergenic environment, WiFi, Internet, children and pets welcome, non-smoker rental/zone, handicap access (one handicapped accessible bedroom for 2).

Great property

Great property in an ideal location, amenities were as described, rooms were spacious and clean, views from the property were excellent and overall an excellent stay. Perfect for a big group. Would highly recommend this property!

Luxury Chalet Whitcomb Lodge

We had a lovely time at Whitcomb. Fantastic chalet with superb facilities. Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were very welcome after a day on the slopes which were only a short walk away. Would definitely come again if it was not so expensive to rent.

Superb - Highly Recommend

Absolutely amazing views. Location is great, the layout of the chalet is ideal, plenty of space for our group of 3 families. Pool, hot tub and spa area on the ground floor was fantastic after a day on the slopes.Any issues we had we sorted in minutes (thank you Sara!), and our request for more pillows was fulfilled a day or so later with a delivery of new pillows. As others have said, the WiFi isn’t great, but everyone with a phone had excellent 5G signal throughout the property, so this wasn’t an issue for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, and would love to visit again.

Beautiful chalet with amazing view

The chalet was stunning, with everything we needed to cater for 12 people. The lounge & dining area was perfect for our group, with enough comfortable seating for all and a table we could all eat at together. There are 7 bedrooms, as it says on the property listing. One of these, which was on the lowest floor, hard a lovely free standing bath. 5 were on the middle floor, and then one was on the mezzanine and so had low, sloping ceilings which tall people may struggle with (one of our group was quite small and so happily had this room). The only slight downside about the property was the check in process, as the cleaners were still there when the first of our party arrived to check in at the stated time. We wouldn't have even minded this too much, except for the fact that they were very rude and unwelcoming. Communication with the host and manager was good, with requests (such as for gas for the barbecue) dealt with quickly. We hired ski lockers near the bottom of the Diable lift, which made life much easier - walking to and from this each day was no problem as we were in normal shoes and didn't have to carry skis. We would definitely recommend the chalet.

Ski trip

The chalet itself is beautiful and we had a lovely stay! Chalet is about a 10 minute walk to the closet lift (steep steps involved - need to be careful walking in ski boots). Detailed feedback is as follows: Pros: Spacious, great communal area, very comfortable for 14 people, and amenities are luxurious. Update to mezzanine is a great addition! Cons: Check in process was less than ideal (property manager had us waiting outside in the wind for 30 minutes, already after check in time and telling us she’d be there in 10 minutes), WiFi didn’t work for 3 days and property manager did not send anyone to fix, hot tub was not working for two days of our stay despite the multiple calls and messages to the property manager. Then upon check out, she requested our check out time, which then she again showed up late for so we were awaiting her arrival delaying our transfer in order to make a flight. Lastly, property manager tried to force us to complete a satisfaction survey in front of her upon check out and said it was a mandatory check out procedure (which I refused). Overall we had a lovely stay but unfortunately, some of the issues above had to be notified to the owner as we were not receiving responses.(Noel himself was very responsive).

Très beau séjour

Superbe chalet dans un cadre idyllique. Chambres de grand standing avec une literie très confortable. Grande pièce à vivre dans un site magnifique. Espace détente avec piscine et jacuzzi très confortables. Mais Équipement à revoir et qui mériterait un suivi: poubelles et aspirateurs non fonctionnels, équipements de la cuisine très succincts, ascenseur extérieur non utilisable, pas de casier à skis ni de chauffe-chaussures. Accueil inexistant, au cours du séjour nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir d’avoir un représentant de la conciergerie…Néanmoins nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Schönes Chalet mit Unzulänglichkeiten-Preis zu hoch

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Chalet mit Schwimmbad, Sauna und Whirlpool. Schöne Zimmer mit DU/WC. 1 Wo für 11.000 zu teuer1. Entfernung zur Diable-Gondel doppelt so weit wie angegeben2. Kein Holz für Kamin, erst am 5. Tag geliefert3. Zum Glück waren wir nur 10 Personen, im oberen Zimmer war die Toilette defekt4. Das Kaffeegeschirr für 10 Personen war mangelhaft5. Kein Gas für die offenen Flammen auf der Terasse vorhanden6. Die Badewanne in einem Zimmer war undicht, man konnte nicht baden, weil man kein Wasser aufstauen konnte7. Die Chaletbetreuerin Sarra hat sich zwar bemüht uns zu helfen, konnte aber vieles leider auch nicht bereinigen8. Mit den Buchungsformalitäten über fewo-direkt waren wir nicht überzeugt und nicht zufrieden.

Un séjour au paradis !

Magnifique chalet, très confortable et spacieux Au top pour un séjour en famille La vue est juste incroyable À proximité des pistes et des commerces, pas besoin de voiture pendant 1 semaine Toutes les chambres ont leurs toilette et leur salle de bain donc ont peut tous être indépendants La literie est top La personne qui vous accueille est adorable et disponible Et l espace bien être avec la piscine intérieure chauffée c est juste un rêve après une journée en montagne Nous reviendrons l année prochaine !! Seule chose à savoir c est qu il faut prévoir tout le strict nécessaire à l arrivée (sel, gel douche, papier toilette, allume cheminée …)

Le chalet est incroyable. La vue époustouflante. Les prestations superbes. Vraiment une super semaine. L’espace détente avec piscine jacuzzi et sauna est vraiment appréciable après une journée de ski. Réponses à nos questions très rapides. Une vue exceptionnelle

Le chalet offre une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes ! Il est parfaitement équipé pour accueillir une grande famille et dispose même des équipements nécessaires pour un bébé (lit bébé, chaise haute). Petit bémol : il n’y a quasiment rien d’ouvert sur la station en début juin (pour une station qui se dit être ouverte toute l’année…). Heureusement, il est toujours possible de profiter de belles randonnées !

Fijne week in mooie chalet

Heel mooie chalet in les deux alpes. Mooie ruime kamers, wellness en living. Probleem met warm water een aantal maal deze week maar werd opgelost door Sara die altijd bereikbaar is. Een aantal constructieve en groei mogelijkheden zijn er wel nog zoals grote kommen in de keuken, netheid van de keuken bij de aankomst kan beter zoals oven, gourmet stellen en BbQ waren super vuil. Mooie omgeving in dorp beneden. Skibus op 50 m Skigebied is fijn , niet zo groot maar voldoende. Neem zeker nog een handdoek mee want deze zijn beperkt . Lakens op bedden konden beter. Dit zijn taken die men uitbesteed en misschien kritisch te bekijken . Welness is super en dan weer heel proper. Living en zitruimte en terrassen super Kortom zeer mooie luxueuze chalet waarbij de service qua beddengoed , handdoek en netheid Keuken een upgrade mag hebben in verhouding met de rest. Zeker te boeken als vakantie huis 👍

Fabulous chalet!

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous chalet. It is truly beautiful, with 7 generously sized bedrooms each with modern bathrooms. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all great. It is 5 mins walk into town, close to shops, restaurants and lifts. Olivier, the chef, was wonderful, as was Sarra the property manager and Noel the owner. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you so much!

Agréable séjour

Chalet magnifique pour un super séjour entre amis. Malgré un souci de chaudière le premier jour de notre réservation, rapidement résolu grâce à la réactivité du propriétaire et de Sarra, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de l'ensemble des services proposés par la location dont le sauna et le jacuzzi. L'accueil et le suivi ont été parfait. Je recommande vivement cette location et envisage d'y revenir dès que possible.

Beau chalet mais trop de problèmes non résolus ont rendu le séjour pénible et décevant

Nous avions été attirés par les photos très flatteuses du chalet. Nous sommes allés de déconvenues en déconvenues. L’ascenseur extérieur qui donne accès au chalet ne fonctionne que dans un sens . Pour descendre les bagages et/ou si vous voulez sortir avec une poussette c’est impossible quand vous êtes seul. A l’arrivée au chalet le volet roulant d’une chambre ne fonctionnait pas . Nous l’avons signalé à Sarah qui faisait l’accueil. Elle a informé le technicien qui n’est jamais intervenu durant toute la semaine . La fermeture de 2 baies vitrées d’une chambre et du studio ne fonctionnait pas . On a informé Sarah le jour de notre arrivée . Aucune intervention . Le Wifi n’est pas assez puissant pour fonctionner dans les chambres . Nécessite d’installer des routeurs . Mes 4 enfants, mon épouse et moi même étions obligés de nous installer dans le salon. Nous l’avons signalé à Sarah qui nous informé que le propriétaire était au courant. Le volet de protection de la piscine fonctionne de manière hasardeuse . Sarah s’est repris à 3 fois pour pouvoir l’ouvrir …. Apparemment dixit Sarah le propriétaire est au courant . On n’a pas osé le refermer et avons fermé la porte d’accès . Dans le studio près de la piscine une prise n’a pas de cache et les fils électriques sont apparent. C’est extrêmement dangereux si vous avez des adolescents dans le studio. Sarah l’a constaté et a confirmé que le studio n’était pas terminé. Par contre il est compté comme une chambre. À notre arrivée le ménage avait été fait d’une manière très sommaire ie poussière sur les têtes de lit, salle de bain pas tres propre, salon à la limite de la propreté, odeur de draps mal séché, humidité…….Dans l’ascenseur intérieur les lumières ne fonctionnent pas. Sarah l’a constaté le premier jour. Rien n’a été fait durant tout le séjour. Vitre du salon fissurée à plusieurs endroits, très tranchant et aucune protection. Avons condamné la vitre avec des coussins. Vers les 15h nous avons joint Sarah pour l’informer que nous arriverions vers les 15:30h et que nous avions un enfant d’un an avec nous . Elle nous a averti que le chalet ne serait prêt qu’à partir de 16h .En arrivant au chalet à 15h30 nous avons rencontré un jeune homme fort aimable. On s’est présenté comme les locataires de la semaine et il s’est gentiment proposé de nous ouvrir le chalet car il était le beau-fils du propriétaire et que le chalet était prêt depuis 13h ….

Au plaisir de revenir

Chalet très agréable dont l’ensemble de Spa ( piscine / jacuzzi / sauna ) ont été grandement appréciés . Le salon est très beau avec un superbe poêle central , les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagés avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre Le contact auprès de Mr Saille a été très agréable et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
