完全に改造され、設備の整った1階のユニットにある小さな楽園へようこそ！ 私たちのプライベートコーナーユニットは完璧な状態で、趣味の良い内装が施され、緑豊かで手入れの行き届いた緑の芝生を見渡すことができます。 それは私たちのユニットのプライバシーに追加する香りの良い植栽や生垣に囲まれています。 40Aは通りから取り除かれ、広場を見渡し、間違いなくエカヒ村で最も静かなユニットの1つです。

島スタイルの快適さは、すべての部屋の冷却ファン、上品な装飾、マスターのキングベッド、リラックスするための隠れたベランダ、美しい広々としたキッチンで待っています。

40Aを離れる場合は、角を曲がってEkahiグリーンベルトを下ります。 美しい植林や果樹を通り過ぎると、5分でオーシャンフロントのファミリープールに到着します。 プールを歩き、専用の出口を出て、道路を渡らずにケアワカプビーチ（マウイで最高のビーチの1つ）に向かいます。 保護された水は小さなお子様には最適ですが、午後に風が吹くとブギーとボディサーフィンが楽しめます。 砂の城を建設したり、1マイルのビーチを走ったり歩いたり、溶岩の露頭をシュノーケルしたりします。

ユニットに緑地をさかのぼって一日を締めくくると、きちんと清掃され維持されます。 ここでは年に数週間を過ごし、すべてのメンテナンス項目を管理しています。何かが壊れたりなくなったりした場合
訪問と訪問の間に、通知があるとすぐに修正されるようにスケジュールします。

This was a great vacation rental in a good location. Beach was close as well as the shops at Wailea. Lots of things within waking distance. This was a corner unit with good privecy and had everything we needed for a good vacation. Host was easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions to all the things we needed.

40a Ekahi Village

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. We were impressed with the amenities and grounds and the condo had everything we could ever have needed. The owner, Bonnie was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

This property is clean and equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay in Wailea, Maui. The decor is classy and minimal. Pool and beach both within walking distance and the condo itself is located in a quiet environment. Owners are quick to respond and friendly!

Lovely spot in paradise

This is a great spot for families on the beautiful Ekahi property. The bed set up is great for a family of four and the owners were lovely to communicate with.

A wonderful stay

Wonderful place for our family

We had a wonderful stay at this property - great communication and accommodations. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with nice pots/pans, other cooking tools, and an electric kettle. The beds were very comfortable and our kids loved having their own space between the Murphy bed and sofa bed. The large pool in the community was a huge hit, and we loved being able to walk to the beach with the wagon! Really great beach just steps from the pool. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Experience

My fiancé and I absolutely loved this home. The location, cleanliness, style, and "vibe" were exactly what we wanted for our trip. Bonnie is an exceptional host who was very easy to stay in contact with, and she went above and beyond to support us through a trip cancellation / rescheduling process. Cannot recommend more and we will stay here again for sure!

This was the perfect area to stay in. Walking distance and a short driving distance to every thing. 40A, was just as listed, everything was very clean and comfortable with many great items needed, coolers and beach items came in handy for trips to the pool or beach or day trips! Beautiful grounds well taken care of and sitting on the Lanai every morning for coffee and a cocktail at night was an added bonus! Bed was super comfortable felt like home. Bonnie was amazing to communicate with and gave us many suggestions for restaurants and places to see and do. Answered questions promptly and made us feel comfortable in the area and her home. Pool around the corner was perfect for a quick evening swim. Pavilion was nice to watch the sunset and leave snacks or beverages in the frig. Thanks again for sharing your place with us! Perfect Maui Getaway

My girlfriend and I visited this property during our 5 day stay in Maui. The unit was perfect! They had everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of beach equipment. The air conditioning worked great as well. The location is right next to plenty of beaches, shopping, and food. Would highly recommend it!

Perfect Location and Condo!

This place had everything! It was very well stocked to cook, stay, go to the beach, pool, you name it! Communication with the owner was always quick and responsive and so sweet! My mom, sister and I all stayed and there was more than enough room for us! We would definitely stay here again!

We are a family from California’s Central Coast. We spend as much time outdoors as possible, whether hiking in the pine forests and vineyards of California or snorkeling, boogie boarding, and building on the beaches of Maui. We are drawn to the peaceful, laid-back style of Kihei and Wailea.

Our first stay in Ekahi Village, we recognized it was a special place. During our second stay, we found our piece to call “home”; Ekahi inspires a peaceful, contented sense of being that we haven’t found many other places in the world. The large greenspace and beautiful gardens combine to create a car-free sense of connectedness between the community and the ocean that is perfect for families with young kids and anyone ready to unplug from the pace of modern life for a bit. All walks and ages come to Ekahi, from families hauling babies and toddlers to snowbirds sheltering for a month (or more).

Kihei-side is the peaceful, family-friendly slice of Maui…and Wailea even more so. The islands of Kahoolawe and Lanai provide amazing backdrops for relaxation and beach walks while also creating sheltered, gently-sloping beaches for little ones to safely play near and in the water. The snorkeling around any of the lava outcroppings is excellent and full of turtles and fish.

Even though Ekahi is so peaceful, it is in the middle of everything! A market, fine dining, and premium shops are within walking distance, while just a few minutes away you have a full-size grocery store and all the restaurants and boutiques of Kihei (along with great gelato :)!
