A good 3 Night Stay.

We enjoyed our time staying in this property, the location was very good just a short walk to the lift stations and town. Fortunately we were allowed to use the boot room before and after our stay to store bags, as 4-6pm check in and 9am check out window was a bit concerning at first as we were due to arrive early and leave late. This was my first time using VRBO to book, worryingly all emails via the VRBO app were ignored, however after contacting VRBO to check it’s not a scam i called property manager directly and received a better response, I needed to call directly to make the final booking payment. We requested linen just before arrival and agreed cash to be left in the dropbox, so I was a bit surprised/concerned that money was taken from my account without my authorisation. I was also worried about the high 600euros security deposit, confusingly this didn’t seem to be withdrawn from my account on the date due. We were all shocked to see a sign stating 80euros will be charged for failing to empty the bin, fortunately the bin collection is only across the road. However it does put fear into guests that maybe we aren’t actually as welcome as we should be made to feel and my deposit could be at substantial risk entirely at the discretion of the owner/cleaners. Overall we had a nice stay, and despite these abnormalities I would consider staying here again.

Appartement au top

Appartement loué pour 4jours 3nuits fin Juin 2017. Appartement top, tout équipé, proche toutes commodités, spatieux, calme, agréable,.... l´idéal pour passer un excellent weekend entre amis !! En ce qui concerne l´agence Alpeslocation, rien à dire sur l´équipe ainsi que les prestations car tout est PARFAIT !! Équipe agréable, à l´écoute, sympathique et j´en passe ! :) Pour conclure, je vous recommande les services et biens d´Alpeslocation, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas deçu ) La seule chose qui manquait, un local pour VTT, mais ce n´est qu´un petit détail. Sinon RAS.

Appartement vaste et bien situé

Localisation idéale pour profiter de Morzine sans utiliser sa voiture. Le gîte est très bien équipé et suffisamment spacieux pour 8 personnes (nous étions 5). Le Multipass auquel le gîte adhère est très intéressant pour profiter des activités et des télésièges. Il est très aisé de garer sa voiture. Le seul bémol est la connexion wifi extrêmement faible.

L accueil et les informations données par les propriétaires ainsi que leur Marque d attention et leur gentillesse. La région est magnifique L accueil très chaleureux des habitants , des commerçants et de la municipalité réservé aux bikers Le tarif de la location du linge de maison pourrait être établi par lit Pour un couple .

Cela fait maintenant 6 ans que nous prenons nos locations via Alpesloctions et ce fût PARFAIT à chaque fois. Accueil chaleureux, toute l'équipe est agréable, disponible, à votre écoute en cas de besoin, que demander de plus :) Il ne manquait que des tapis de douche mais sinon ce bien est PARFAIT :)

Nous sommes parti à 4, du coup l'appartement est très spacieux et très très bien équipé... La propriétaire habite juste au dessus et est dans le soucis de notre confort, merci à elle pour sa gentillesse. La literie est (trop) ferme, ainsi que les deux canapés, mais là on rentre dans le détail. Habitué à vivre dans une ville zone 30km/h, je suis surpris de voir la route devant le chalet limité à 50km/h, certaine voiture oublies qu'elles sont en villes, mais ce Pb relève de la ville et non du chalet...
