The apartment has a balcony, looking to a historic square, surrounded by lovely old buildings and a very grand school. Next to 3 parks, only blocks from the tram stop, metro line, large grocery store-- and many charming local shops, cafes and restaurants.

Very lovely, green, and residential. So many parks and historic monuments right next to the house, and immediate proximity to the old town.
