The apartment has a balcony, looking to a historic square, surrounded by lovely old buildings and a very grand school. Next to 3 parks, only blocks from the tram stop, metro line, large grocery store-- and many charming local shops, cafes and restaurants.

I am from the USA and live in Prague. I was trained in architecture and design at Cornell, the University of California (Santa Cruz and Berkeley), and in Venice, Italy. I love historic architecture and its restoration.

Very lovely, green, and residential. So many parks and historic monuments right next to the house, and immediate proximity to the old town.
