Stone house with a swimming pool near the village

Pretty stone house with swimming pool and enclosed garden, planted 800m from the heart of the village of Chabeuil, one of the most beautiful in the Drôme.
The house has a large kitchen and a living room on the first floor (and toilet) directly overlooking the garden and the secure swimming pool. Upstairs, composed of 3 beautiful bedrooms offering 6 beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The whole has been recently renovated. Covered and closed garage.
Ideal for a quiet or sporty family holiday at the foot of the Vercors (Georges d'ombleze, druise waterfall, Vercors high plateaus, combe laval...). An equestrian centre is 200 m away, ideal for children.
The cat will be your companion, a few caresses and kibble will be enough.

Neighbors who like peace and quiet, if you are not in this spirit move on.

Minimum 10-day rental.
Your car will be in a private yard and a private garage.

Cleaning is included in the rental + sheets
Otherwise: 3 mountain bikes available, pong pong table, barbecue...

Happy holidays:)
