AgarrusRentals: 40m2, 2-room apartment for 2 or 4 people, refurbished in May 2020
Located on the 1st floor rue des Ecores, you will find yourself on the 4th floor on the quays with a breathtaking view of the Touques, the Casino and the sea on either side of the Casino.
The train station, the sea, the casino, the restaurants and the Monoprix are less than 500m away
Air-conditioned apartment with a 109cm TV and more than 280 channels as well as wifi
The kitchen has: dishwasher, washing machine, Neff oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, freezer, fridge, Nespresso,...

ATTENTION: Cleaning fees, towels, sheets (Beds will be made): 50 euros to be paid on arrival

As specified in the equipment, there is no swimming pool in the apartment but there are 2 communal Olympic swimming pools, with seawater heated to 28° (One in Trouville: 400m and one in Deauville: 1km)

There is no parking or garage linked to the apartment but all the streets around are free. If you wish, there is a paid underground parking lot under the Casino, a 5-minute walk away.

Cleaning, household linen (towels and sheets) and beds made on arrival will be paid directly on arrival: 50€

Great place. Great town! Loved the location. Will come again.

What a great town and place to stay! Would highly recommend. Friendly people. Lovely and lively town. Great restaurants. Perfect spot to venture to other places in Normandy. No dedicated parking but we were able to figure it out every night. Four stars for the listing only because there was no dryer or drying rack. We made it work with being creative but would have loved to know it before hand. We will come back to Trouville Sur Mer for sure!

Ein schöner Urlaub

Es ist eine sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, sehr gut gelegen. Unser Vermieter, Herr Roscher, und Sara waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider stimmt die Übersetzung der Agentur nicht ganz, so gibt es keinen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

great location.

The bed was comfortable. the location was a great base to visit all of the citities in normandy. only reason it is not a five star was washing mashine was not working. we packed light beacuse of washing mashine and it was raining for several days so cloths got dirtier. the air condition was awsome

Normandy Getaway

Picturesque place overlooking the water in Normandy. Pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean and modern. Owners are responsive if you have any issues. Lots of great dining options close by. Highly recommend.
