1日のラフティングや釣りの後、高くそびえる松の木で屋外でグリルします。冬には、子供たちがロフトでおもちゃで遊んでいる間、絵の窓で火をつけてください。高くアーチ型の天井の下に、快適で家庭的な雰囲気が広がり、広々としたオープンスペースが広がります。
静かなブルーリバー沿いの高い木々に囲まれたキャビンは、ブリッケンリッジの斜面や歴史的なメインストリートのショップやレストランから車ですぐです。夏のハイキング、クロスカントリースキー、ショーシューのトレイルに簡単にアクセスできます。

There are strict quiet hours in the neighborhood and town. 9pm -7am. Please respect these hours, or the neighbors will call the town police.

Please do not cross over into the neighbors yard. Our property is a quarter acre. There is a photo on the refrigerator for your reference.

Pets are not allowed in the beds or on the furniture. If this rule is broken a $300 will be taken from the deposit. Pets are not to be left alone.

Great place and Location

My family really liked this house and the views. We selected a place south of Breck and didn’t know what to expect but it was easy to get to Breck and there are some great hikes within a short car ride. The house had everything we needed to grill out (not the food 😀). Very quite neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We were relocated to Denver from Lake Tahoe in 2013, and the City was not for us! We decided to move to Breckenridge. This house was the first house we looked and we absolutely fell in love. Nothing is better than waking up every morning to views of the Continental Divide and seeing the Moose meander through our yard in the evening. This house is at 10,200 feet and takes quite a bit a maintenance and upkeep, but it is a labor of love! We were relocated again not too long after buying this special property, but were determined to keep it for the eventual move back to this amazing little town in Colorado.
We hope you enjoy this property as much as we do!

This property is the perfect location! About and 8 min drive from town, you are really able to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the busy ski town of Breckenridge. There is also a shuttle to town at the end of our street if you would prefer not to drive, and Uber is only about $10-$15. There are many trails right outside our door, including the 14'er Quandary which a less than 5 mins drive. Sitting on the couch watching the snow fall and the fire roar in the wood burning stove is the perfect was to spend the day!

It's rustic, with the modern comforts to make it a comfortable and the perfect place to spend a weekend in the snow! It has everything you need to cook and entertain your family and friends. We have all of the equipment to cook a Thanksgiving Dinner and seating for 12 at our dining room table. We have a 65 inch Smart TV so you can log into your favorite viewing app and watch movies with the whole family. We have games and a game table upstairs, comfy beds, plenty of pillows and cozy beds. And don't forget sitting under stars in the hot tub! We hope you enjoy!
