* The South(sun) facing Master and 4 Queen Bunkroom have blinds, the other 3 suites are North facing and do not have blinds to preserve the views. These bedrooms are secluded on the 5 acre estate and privacy is not an issue.
* This is a no pet home, but home may not be allergy free.
* This is a no smoking/vaping home.
* You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home.
* No parties, weddings, or events allowed.
* 4wd required during winter months
* House Rules, the hosts' Rental Agreement, and Pool Addendum must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
* Damage deposit will be held on each stay.
* Ski Shuttle runs from November through April. Reserve your pick ups. Subject to certain terms/conditions.
* Mountain homes do not have AC, evening air is cool year round.
* Rental includes full home essentials: High speed internet, cable TV, fully stocked kitchens, fully linen provisions, bath essentials (soaps and shampoos), laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher soaps, trash bags, etc.
