Registration number: 22282000084E8<br> This charming 39 m² cottage is located just 300 meters from the Grande Plage and 800 meters from downtown. It is part of a single-family home occasionally occupied by the owners and offers all the comforts you need for a peaceful stay.<br>On the first floor, you’ll find a living area with a kitchenette—perfect for preparing meals—as well as a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with two single beds (perfect for children) and an alcove with a double bed (140 cm) comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.<br>The house has a shared garden where you can enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. An electric vehicle charging station is also available on-site.<br><br>A share of the utility costs based on WATER and ELECTRICITY meter readings from October 1 to April 1.<br>Cleaning service available for 80.00 € (must be booked in advance).<br>Tourist tax not included.<br><br>HOUSEHOLD LINEN (sheets, towels, dish towels, etc.) NOT PROVIDED / NO WIFI

Bonne localisation 5mn à pied d'une grande plage impeccable y compris les accès. Saint Cast super !

Literie adulte (matelas, sommier) très très médiocre et route proche malheureusement très passante et bruyante au bout d'un jardinet plutôt sympa ! Dommage car le quartier résidentiel est calme et d'une grande propreté !

endroit idéal pour se rendre à la plage à pied , et à proximité du centre de la ville et du port . Plein de belles balades à faire aux alentours .
