Family Friendly Home with Private Bog View-Close to 2 beaches & town center.

Newly remodeled in 2020, this designer 4 BR, 3 full bath house sleeps 10 (8 preferred) and has everything you need to make wonderful Chatham memories with your family and friends! You can walk or bike to Ridgevale Beach or make a very short, 3 minute drive to Hardings Beach, so you’ll have great flexibility to experience both spots and pick your favorite.

After the beach, in the summer, you can utilize the outdoor shower or relax in the backyard before you head into town. Downtown Chatham is less than a 6 minute drive where you can explore the shopping and restaurants that make Chatham the most sought after destination on the Cape. Don’t feel like driving into town? You can walk or bike to some Chatham favorites like, Mom n Pops Restaurant, Kreme N Kone, Dogfish Taco, Dunkin Donuts. If you decide to stay home to enjoy your evening, you’ll have great amenities both inside and out. Cook your own dinner in our gourmet kitchen that features a gas range, pot filler and quartz countertops or grill out with a five-burner, covered gas grill that lets you cook outside, rain or shine. You can even host your own Cape Cod clambake at the stone fire pit that has a detachable grilling rack. Sit back and relax in the cozy living room and enjoy a 55-inch, 4K TV, or enjoy the evening breezes on the porch/sun room that includes spacious seating and dining areas along with a 65-inch, 4K TV. You can also enjoy your meals outside on the patio that’s surrounded by a tranquil and private back yard. After dinner, extend your evening by the Cape Cod fire pit that overlooks a working cranberry bog. On a rainy day you can enjoy the ping pong and air hockey table in the basement.

Besides easy access to the beaches and downtown, you’ll have easy access to cycling on the Old Colony Rail Trail which is less than five minutes away and the Chatham Airport. Harwich town center is a short drive as well.

Cape cod getaway

House worked out well for our group of 5 women. Very clean. Plenty of common space to spread out. Kitchen was great. Closet space as well. Location is good. Host very helpful with restaurant and ferry suggestions.

Wonderful property

Perfect week on the cape with our young kids and extended family. Clean , updated home. Loved the fire pit in the backyard and open concept first floor. 5 minute drive to numerous beaches and 8 minutes to Main Street, great and quiet location. Host was communicative and helpful. We will be back!

Delightful Chatham house

Amber and Andrew’s house is really charming— newly renovated, clean, comfortable and overall just a lovely place. It had everything we wanted: grill, fire pit, yard for playing ball — plus it’s a short bike ride to the beach (easy enough for our youngest, who was recently liberated from training wheels). Amber was super helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations for dining and activities. We had a great little vacation— thank you!

Love Chatham!

We stayed at Andrew and Amber’s for 7 nights in August. The house has recently been thoughtfully remodeled in a homely Chatham style. There is plenty of space with two seating areas as well as the open plan kitchen and dining area. Four good sized bedrooms sharing 2 bathrooms works fine for families (there is also a shower room in the basement). Andrew and Amber were very helpful and quick to answer questions throughout the reservation process and during our stay. There is so much to do in and around Chatham that we didn’t really spend much time at the property. The center of Chatham is an easy 5 minute drive and there are so many choices for food within 10-15 minutes ($15 - $20 Uber) it would take months to try them all. We had a look all round Cape Cod and Nantucket - so many beautiful places, but Chatham would be my choice!

Family trip

Great location, quiet neighborhood & clean and well kept home. It was perfect for our 6 adults & 1 toddler to spend time together. Owner was very responsive to any needs( even dropped off lobster claw crackers within hours of knowing we were having lobster and the house wasn't equipped with crackers). However, was disappointed with the quality of the beds (and, linens) & pillows. We paid over $900/night and expected higher quality bedding to insure a good nights rest. Hoping they upgrade for future guests. Also, house is listed to sleep 10, which it could. However, the living quarters were perfect for our 6 adults & 1 toddler to dine and visit but adding 4 more adults would make it tight (counting the chairs...not 10 in any one room to sit comfortably.) Kitchen was well equipped. But, again, only 2 adults could be cooking at any one time; so we took turns using the appliances, etc. Location was great to the town of Chatham and the rest of the Cape. Lastly, upstairs has windows A/C and challenging to adjust temp; would recommend a ceiling fan; trash basket in bedrooms; and night lights. Would stay here again, with these adjustments but keep guests to 6 adults.

Very Nice Vacation Home

Property is very well maintained and pretty well equipped in kitchen. Plenty of space and bedrooms for our family group of seven. Good location which was short drive to beaches (one could walk to the closest beach , but it is a hike). Fire pit in backyard is great. One minor nit, they could provide a few more supplies like toilet paper and dishwasher soap. But, overall we loved property and found owner very helpful and responsive to needs that came up during our stay.

Terrific Home!

We stayed at this property for two nights for our sons soccer tournament on Cape Cod. It was a great home, very clean, and we would definitely come back and stay again. Communication with the homeowner was excellent as well and we would recommend this to anyone looking for a great getaway on Cape Cod.

Very nice stay!

Nice and clean house, very comfortable. Great location, too! It's just as good as the pictures on Vrbo. Plenty of play area for a 21 month old grandson. Mattresses very comfortable. Would definitely rent again if we're doing another Cape vacation.

Great House for Families with little ones

This was our first time visiting the cape, and we picked the perfect house. The owners could not have been more accommodating. Offering plenty of recommendations for our stay. The house has no shortage of spacious areas to relax and have fun as a family, both inside and out. When returning to the cape, if available, we’ll look no further.

Nicely decorated cape on the Cape

Apres C was the perfect house to have our adult children join us for a much needed week of fun and relaxation! The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and dining area. Of course we loved the location, being so close to Harding’s and Ridgevale Beaches, bike trails, and kayaking. Thanks for the awesome dining recs Amber! Had a few outstanding meals at Chatham/Harwich Port restaurants. Hope to return for another week (or two) sometime soon! Cheers!

exactly as advertised

the house is very tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious. it is also very well located, in walking distance to the bike path, a pond, and a beach surrounded by beautiful marshes. It is also in a very short driving distance to stores, chatham center. our hosts were very nice and responsive. We will definitely come again.

We finally were able to find a place of our own that met our criteria for location, proximity to family, and room to spread out both inside and out. We know Chatham very well, and we couldn’t be happier with this wonderful house and it’s close access to all our favorite spots.

This home puts you close to the action, but being set back on a large lot it offers a level of privacy and tranquility that is nearly impossible to find in this area. This home is so great for us and our young kids now, it really leaves nothing left to be desired. We love the house so much that we one day plan to retire in it.
