Its 300m2 spread over two levels offer a capacity of 23 beds as well as a large and beautiful vaulted, friendly and cozy common living room to share good times.
The cottage overlooks an enclosed and wooded garden of 2000m2 in a quiet area.
Possibility to rent only part of the cottage or an additional apartment at certain times.
Ceremonies and private receptions on request.

The cottage is composed as follows:

-On the first floor, a cloakroom entrance, a TV room, a toilet/laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a large bright and vaulted living room of 100m2 with fully equipped kitchen and central island open to the dining room and the living room.
-Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 2 with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub, 2 separate toilets, and a living room opening onto the back garden, with an extra daybed (single bed) and a sofa bed (double).
-On the 1st floor access by the external staircase, 4 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 2 with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 separate toilets, and 2 living rooms opening onto the balcony with two additional sofa beds.
-Large garden of 2000m2 around the building, 6 parking spaces, children's play area.

Housekeeping is not included (there is everything you need to do it), but can be requested as an option.
