Hallo, es tut uns leid, dass einige Punkte Ihres Aufenthalts nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es jedoch einen Ventilator sowie eine Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Küchenbereich, um auch bei hohen Temperaturen für Komfort zu sorgen. Was die Wespen betrifft, so sind sie dieses Jahr leider besonders zahlreich – das ist ein allgemeines Problem in der Region. Wir tun unser Bestes, um sie zu beseitigen, und reinigen den Pool jede Woche. Dennoch ist es schwierig, zu kontrollieren, wenn zwischen den Reinigungen neue Wespen hineinfliegen oder hineinfallen. Bezüglich des natürlichen Lichts sind wir etwas überrascht, da die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sowohl über eine Terrassentür als auch über ein Fenster verfügen, der Flur ein Fenster hat und das Schlafzimmer ebenfalls eine Terrassentür besitzt. Wir hätten es sehr geschätzt, wenn Sie diese Anmerkungen direkt während Ihres Aufenthalts mit uns geteilt hätten – dann hätten wir gemeinsam sofort Lösungen finden können.
