La Dune is a beautiful 20 m² studio ideally located in Port-Leucate, a little corner of paradise between sea and pond, backing onto the Corbières Massif.
Completely renovated in 2019, the studio features a living room with 3-seater sofa bed and pull-out bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a lovely sea-view terrace.
Free private parking. Baby facilities. Linen and towels extra.
Ideal for vacations with family or friends.

- Dining area: table and 4 chairs
- Sitting area converts into a sleeping area thanks to its convertible bunk sofa: 140 x 190 cm double bed below, 90 x 90 cm single bed above. Drawer bed for 1 person underneath.
- Storage cupboard
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Baby equipment: cot, high chair, etc.
- Terrace of approx. 8 m² for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent sea view
- Free reserved parking space
