No frills beachfront accommodations

The bungalows are VERY basic. There is no wifi reception in bungalows, only the main house where you eat. Wifi is exceptionally poor, but it didn’t matter much to me. The view from your bungalow is wonderful. It is just a few feet to the water. There are bikes and kayaks available at no charge. It’s nice that a continental breakfast and full dinner is included as there are very few options on Tikehau to eat. There is only a refrigerator in the main house. The property manager, Ben, does a great job taking care of his guests. Be aware that rats live in the upper thatched part of bungalows. It didn’t bother me much except for one night when they were very active and woke me several times. I informed the staff, and they said the rats are normal.

Un coup de cœur pour cette pension de rêve

La gentillesse et l'attention de tout le staff, les excellents repas du soir et petits déjeuners, l'emplacement des bungalows à 10m du bord de l'eau, leur aménagement typique L'aménagement intérieur du bungalow est simple, pratique et jolie mais pourrait être un peu rénové (j'ai dit un peu car ce commentaire est juste là pour améliorer la qualité de l'ensemble déjà très convenable)
