Magnificent recent Landaise Villa (2019) ideally located in the heart of the village in a privileged wooded area, quiet, close to shops, this family house of 160 m2 offers 5 bedrooms including 2 parental with private bathroom, 1 shared bathroom, a large living-dining room, large terrace and heated swimming pool in July and August on the other periods in option

Garden of 1000m2 with a 300 years old olive tree, in cloud form.

Enjoyable stay in Moliets

Beautiful home in a quiet cul de sac. Property has a great pool and is near to shops in Moliets centre. The beach is a bit further away and would require bikes or car to access. Friendly owner and host.

Parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. L’accueil par Anne Laure était super et les échanges avant notre arrivée avec les propriétaires étaient également très sympathiques. Je recommande à 100% sans aucune fausse note.

Sehr schöne neue Villa in ruhiger Lage

Tolle neue Villa in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Bilder entsprechen dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Alles sehr neu und modern. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sehr groß und beheizt und sauber. Die Ausrichtung des Grundstücks zur Sonne ist optimal. Ab morgens ca. 10.00 Uhr beginnt das Grundstück in der Sonne zu liegen und hat bis abends Sonne. Wer Schatten mag, findet diesen unter den Bäumen, Sonnnenschirmen oder unter dem Holzpavillon mit Loungemöbeln. Die Villa liegt unweit des kleinen alten Ortskerns von Moliets (ca. 200) m. Ein sehr guter Bäcker und ein Fahrradverleih sind in der Nähe. Das beschilderte Radwegenetz in alle Richtungen beginnt wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Das Grundstück ist sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen. Zum Strand sollte man mit dem Fahrrad (ca. 7 bis 8 Minuten) oder mit dem Auto fahren. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett. Wünsche, Anregungen und Verbesserungsvorschläge wurden sofort aufgenommen und umgesetzt. Es war ein toller erholsamer Urlaub.

Un séjour magnifique…. à renouveler

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette villa tout confort récente, très bien conçue et parfaitement équipée. La piscine chauffée est un plus qui a permis de nous adapter à la météo assez capricieuse pendant notre séjour. Moliets est une belle petite ville des côtes landaises parfaite pour les vacances avec de nombreux restaurants et activités pour tous. Enfin que dire de Christine et Gilles qui sont des hôtes très charmants et qui nous ont parfaitement bien accueillis dans leur demeure.

Family Holiday

Fabulous stay in a luxurious, stylish house in laid back, surfer's paradise - Moliets. The house is located close to the centre of Moliets, with an excellent bread shop 2 mins away, a large supermarket nearby and with easy access to both the beach, golf course & the "piste cyclable" ( a large network of cycle paths in the Landes). There is a place to hire bikes round the corner. It is in a quiet residential cul de sac, from which you can explore the area along footpaths through forests. The hosts, Christine & Giles, were extremely welcoming & spoke very good English. They showed us round the house at check in, gave local suggestions of activities/ restaurants & left us not only breakfast items, but wine, beer and special English teas to make us feel at home. Thoughtful touches such as kid friendly breakfast cereal did not go unappreciated. The house is beautiful, stylish & modern, but comfortable and very easy to live in. The living area/kitchen/dining room are one open plan area, with every mod con you could need. The kitchen is fully equipped & includes microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, two kinds of coffee machines and as much crockery/cutlery/pots and pans as you are ever going to need. A separate utility room has washing machine, tumble drier, another larger fridge freezer and cleaning supplies for use. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and tastefully themed. The bathrooms feature giant rain shower heads, one had a separate bath as well and everywhere was spotlessly clean, with extra care & attention taken over this at the current time. Outside, the large pool is heated and has an electric cover for safety, which also keeps the water temperature constant. There is a large outdoor dining table & chairs, a covered seating area for shade & 4 pool loungers. Christine & Giles went out of their way to make out stay as good as it could be and we weren’t disappointed. We can’t wait to return!

Super séjour / wonderful stay

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Moliets. La maison est superbe, elle est neuve, bien agencée et avec une magnifique piscine. Elle est bien située dans une impasse très calme au milieu des pins et avec les commerces essentiels accessibles à pieds. Les propriétaires sont trés sympathiques, merci pour ce beau séjour à Moliets. Very nice house, brand new with a very large pool. Very well located in a quiet area surrounded by the pine trees, main grocery stores reachable by foot. The owners are very nice, thanks for the nice stay in Moliets.
