Welcome to the apartment Le Diebold, a magnificent cocoon renovated by an architect.

Everything here has been thought of to make you feel at home, either inside or on the lovely balcony.
This air-conditioned apartment of 2 bedrooms behind glass roof with each one its bathroom will seduce you by its neat decoration, its Japanese steps stairs and the quality of the chosen materials.

This atypical apartment is located at the back of the courtyard on the 1st floor of a small one-storey building and offers great peace and quiet while being in the heart of St Cyprien.

You will be able to discover our beautiful Pink City while finding the comfort of your own home: a beautiful fully equipped kitchen opening onto a nice living room, two 140cm beds in the bedrooms and their adjoining bathroom.

The Diebold is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Toulouse and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys.

Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is prepared on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar. We can also provide a cot on request.

Near the apartment you will find the metro line A (St Cyprien station), buses and the Vélo Toulouse stations.

The Saint-Cyprien district, also called Rive Gauche, benefits from a beautiful geographical location on the banks of the Garonne while remaining close to the town centre. You will find the calm of certain streets as well as the animation of large avenues, where many shops and services are present. Saint-Cyprien offers a pleasant living environment.

Please note that the staircase is a Japanese staircase (staircase with alternating steps).

Lovely little apartment in a great area

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment, while compact, was very cozy and well equipped. Having 2 bathrooms/showers was a nice perk. It was very clean and looked just like the listing pictures. The stairs inside may be tricky for older people, but our kids loved going up and down them. The neighborhood is really nice, with a market right across the street, a short walk to the Abattoirs art gallery and a medium walk (or quick subway ride) to the center of Toulouse. We had a great stay and would recommend.

Le Diebold "El apartamento, pequeño pero suficiente para tres adultos. Bien decorado y limpio. Al dar a un patio interior, es muy tranquilo. Muy bien situado, el barrio es atractivo y el apartamento está muy cerca de tiendas de alimentación, bares y restaurantes. Se puede ir andando al centro ciudad cruzando cuatro puentes diferentes sobre el Garona, lo que permite disfrutar de las vistas y la puesta de sol sobre el río. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para preparar comidas sencillas. La terraza permite el placer de tomar un café o una infusión al aire libre. Las escaleras de acceso al altillo son muy empinadas por lo que resulta muy adecuado que arriba haya un baño completo. Nos alojamos tres mujeres de mediana edad y echamos de menos alguna percha y algún colgador más. Quizás por falta de costumbre, no nos sentimos muy cómodas sentadas en los taburetes altos a la hora de las comidas. Algunos de los días hizo mucho calor, y fue un placer disfrutar del aire acondicionado."

Pour 3 adultes qui ne veulent seulement y dormir et y être peu, ça va. Si nous avions dû y rester : je n’aurai pas apprécié . Les pièces trop petites et Le salon manque d’assises. Mais nous n’y étions pas la journée donc pas de soucis de confort ! En arrivant nous avons découvert bouteille d’eau vide et de grosse pelote de poussière sous le lit de la chbre supérieure. Notre hôte a été très réactive et le ménage a été fait aussitôt. L’appart est idéalement situé (quasi sur la place st cyprien), tram bons restaus marché caviste etc. Séjour apprécié malgré le petit espace. La Clim est appréciable."

Le Diebold Super bel appartement, pas très grand mais incroyablement bien agence, avec deux chambres confortables, avec chacune leur salle de bain. Cuisine très pratique et bien equipee. Joli mur en pierre et terrasse. Donne sur une cour intérieure donc très tranquille. La chambre du haut peut être un peu difficile d’accès pour personnes âgées. Saint Cyprien est un des meilleurs quartiers de Toulouse et il est facile de se déplacer de l’appartement, le métro est à 2 minutes à pied (et direct de la gare). La communication avec l'hôte est très rapide. Je reviendrai !
