Robert was fabulous! The accommodations were perfect. So quiet, easy to get to and easy to access. It had everything we needed and close to great eateries. Also close to our rowing venue which was so convenient.

Nice, comfortable, good location

We enjoyed out stay. The apartment was well stocked and comfortable. It was quiet even though we stayed over July 4th and the area was quite busy. Great location to walk to the bay, ocean, and a few close choices for dining out. I would stay again for sure.

Clean spacious and convenient getaway stay.

We’ve stayed at a lot of short term rental units around SD and this was one of the best values we’ve found yet. Everything was clean and new in the unit. There were nice beach chairs, plenty of clean linens and towels and all the kitchen essentials. The designated parking spot was a huge bonus! We enjoyed opening the windows and feeling the nice ocean breeze blow through. The added security padlock at the gate as well as the front door added privacy and peace of mind. The location was walking distance to good spots for coffee, a cocktail or casual eats. We will stay here again when visiting our SD family.

Perfect for us

We had a great stay.The property was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do and communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Crown Point location!

Very comfortable, clean, and super convenient location in San Diego's Crown Point neighborhood. Listing is as described, and the check-in instructions and other information provided by the host was spot-on. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely space

We came to visit our son who lives in the neighborhood for the weekend and were delighted with this place. The space is bright and airy. The bathroom is nice with sinks separated from the shower. The bed is very comfortable. The WiFi was great. The host was responsive and prompt with communication. We will be back.

Nice Place

Overall it was a decent place. Good location. Quick and easy to get to all the tourist places and places too eat. Nice beach areas nearby. We had a few negatives. 1) The sofa was very uncomfortable. Way too soft. 2) The wifi was weak and unstable most of the 3 days. Too many delays. And 3) The bed although comfortable was squeeky when getting out of - to use the bathroom at night. We never had to speak with the prop manager so nothing to review.

Property had everything we were looking for - location, cleanliness, plenty of space for two of us. Not quite as many walkable restaurants as I would have hoped but overall we were very satisfied.

Good, Clean place for a couples trip to Mission Bay/Pacific Beach area

We really enjoyed our few days near Mission Bay and Pacific Beach at the Crown Point condo. Super convenient to both Mission Bay, Mission Beach, and Pacific Beach. Easy walks to liquor/convenience store, about a half hour walk to the ocean (much closer to Mission Bay). Initial arrival isn’t obvious, you pull up to the front but cannot enter off that street, you park in a driveway behind the unit off a (safe) alleyway, then walk up a flight of stairs, past the courtyard of a neighbor, to get to the unit. That courtyard can be noisy - during our stay there were packs of 20-somethings smoking pot frequently and yapping loudly - but that’s not the Crown Point owner’s fault. He was responsive and helpful. Would suggest a welcome sheet or binder with WiFi info in the unit, but other than that, we appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay again on a visit to the area. Thank you - DAC

Great stay by the bay!

This property had much to offer…clean, quiet, easy in and out…and just 2 blocks from Mission Bay. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return. Only thing missing…washer/dryer…but not a deal-breaker at all!

Great space and location!

Modern updated space in a great location in Crown Point. Open space, plenty of room for 2, and space for more when having our daughter over for dinner. Just a couple of blocks walk to mission bay. Very comfortable bed! Good communication with the owner. We stay in San Diego often and enjoyed this place very much.

Perfect location if you have a car

Great spot in Crowns Point. Exceeded my expectations. Blocks from bay, one mile (walkable) to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication with owner. Good area for cycling too.

This location is perfect. Within walking distance to a lot of cute stuff and the beach. The Apartment is so cute and well decorated. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Bed is very comfy. Would definitely come back.
