Area: 60m² living space + 7m² converted space (ceiling height under 1.80m) under the south-facing slope + 5m² converted space (ceiling height under 1.80m) under the north-facing slope + 12m² south-facing terrace

Access: 206 Avenue des JO (to the right of the Piccard Sports Surf Shop), enter the lobby and go up one level via the internal staircase.
