Perfect get away

What a fantastic location! You’re 20 minutes from Disney and Disney springs. This home had everything we needed especially with us having 2 handicap members of our family. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor which was perfect for them. The rest of the bedrooms are on the second floor along with 2 bathrooms. They do have a pool and a hot tub that is gated for your safety. We ended up not utilizing the pool or hot tub on this trip. The neighborhood itself is great. Very quiet and quaint. We were there around Christmas time and the entire neighborhood decorated their homes. The garage is decorated with soccer jerseys and does have a play area in it with darts, ping pong table, pool table (under the ping pong table). We didn’t utilize this equipment. The last tip I have for anyone coming to this property is to remember that this is a rental. And with that being said every rental is different. This one in particular will start you off with the basics (paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags). The home does not have any salt and pepper, oil, spices, or napkins. Be sure to pick up these items or bring them with you. Overall, the stay was great and we highly recommend this property.

Disney Vacation

Very spacious property in a quiet neighborhood. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and we were very comfortable. It was about a 30 minute drive to amenities as well as Disney and Universal. The management company and the owners were very responsive to concerns. The spa was not working when we arrived, but was fixed the next day once notified. We would stay there again.

Family Vacation

We stayed for 8 nights and had a great time. The property is a little dated, but had plenty of room and was clean. The pool was great, the jets on the hot tub did not work for us, but the property management company responded to our questions quickly. Location to Disney properties was great. Neighborhood was very safe. Property owners were very responsive.

Larry and I have been married since 2003. We live in Michigan. We love Florida so much, this is our second Florida Rental. Each home is truly a different and amazing experience. There is so much to do in Central Florida. We have been incredibly blessed. Now, we are making our dreams come true by being able to provide an exceptional family environment, not only for ourselves, but for others, as well. We are incredibly generous, so being able to provide an amazing low cost villa to other families on a budget is our way of giving back. Everything is priced and upgraded with this aspect in mind.

The location of this property is excellent. While, it is not a gated community, it has no through access, so all the vehicles in the community are there for a reason. The neighborhood is very quiet and for added safety we do have an optional security system. There are no lines to wait in or worries about remembering the gate access code or if it will work properly. And, there are no additional surcharges for gate access. You are simply able to come and go as you please.

This 6 bedroom 4 bath, sleeps 14. It is a 2 level ranch. It has 2 bedrooms downstairs to accommodate the physically impaired. It also provides a quiet sanctuary for the mentally/cognitively disabled/challenged or those with special needs. This home is not located in a loud resort area. It is a 20 minute drive to Disney. It provides a quiet and relaxing oasis after a long day of stimulation at the Theme Parks. However, it is still in exceptionally close proximity to everything, including Universal, Sea World, water parks and lots of other fabulous entertainment, including a local winery. The southwest facing heated pool offers an opportunity to swim, play, exercise or simply work on a tan before hitting the parks. It also offers a covered lanai so that you can also get into the shade. The spa provides a way to unwind tired muscles after a long day of fun. The pool and spa both have lights, to allow for night swimming, which is very popular to us northerners. The home also sits on a large lot for lawn games or just running around.

Each Room is very spacious with lots of dresser drawers and/or closet space for clothes and empty luggage. There are two different areas for seating so that the adults and children can gather together for group fun and entertainment.
