6 Bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 14 people. Hot tub ($25/day, has to be rented for entry stay), West facing pool, heated pool ($35/day for pool heat), large pool deck with BBQ grill ($65 rental fee for your entire stay), sun loungers, table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining and soaking up the Florida sun. Located in a gated community "Vista Park", your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

***Few Outside Security Cameras (no cameras are inside or pool deck area)***

Large driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. This home has a open plan concept on the ground floor with a living area, dinning area and kitchen all in one space. The kitchen has everything you will need and is furnished with stainless steel double doors fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

On the ground floor there are 2 queen bedrooms, the upper floor has 2 king en-suites (Private bathrooms), 1 queen and 1 twin/bunk bedroom. This home has four bathrooms, 1 full bathroom on the ground floor and 3 full bathrooms upstairs. Garage has been converted into a game room. On the pool deck, there is plenty of seating with table and chairs and few loungers.

Pool can be heated for $35 per day. At least 48hrs notice required. PLEASE NOTE: NO Child Safety Fence around the pool, please take proper safety precautions as needed.

Gas Grill rental fee is $65 for your entire stay. Propane tank is provided.

Disney ~8 miles/Universal Studios ~ 20 miles/Sea world ~ 17 miles/Lego Land ~ 30 Closest Grocery Store (Publix), gas station and Pharmacy (CVS) are only 1.5 miles away. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within 5 miles radius of this property.

The property is about 2700 sf (including garage)/Central AC/Fully Equipped Kitchen/full size Washer & Dryer/Free WiFi/No cable but seven Smart TV's/Patio Furniture & Sun Loungers/Fresh Towels & Linens Included/Hair Dryers, Iron & Ironing Board.

Keyless entry. We thoughtfully and carefully prepared this place for large families and it is definitely comfortable and can easily accommodate up to 14 people. Garage is not available for parking because we turned the garage into a cozy (garage door remains closed at all time). Definitely take advantage of the washer-dryer. High speed internet and wifi available. We offer pool towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths. We also provide travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all the bathrooms. To help you start off: we will provide one roll of toilet paper and small hand soap in each bathroom. In the kitchen - one roll of towel paper, two dish washer tablets, two extra trash bags, and one small hand and dish soap with sponge will be provided. Please plan your stay accordingly.

Pure Bliss

I stayed here this past week with 6 of my friends and we all had an absolute blast. The house was very neat and clean. Plenty of amenities to explore like the game room and pool. We didn’t use the hot tub but I’m sure it was just as nice as the pool. The community was very friendly and quiet. Absolutely loved it here and would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vacation with friends/family

Senior year Spring break

The house was lovely! It was very spacious, equipped with everything you would need for your family and truly felt like home away from home. The rooms were spacious, and everyone in our group was happy with their sleeping quarters. This home is very close to every store you may need while visiting. Also was the perfect distant to the parks we visited. The hosts were very communicative with check in/out process and very friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Davenport area .

Spring Break

The kids really enjoyed the pool. We did the Disney parks and Gatorland. Some of us went to Clear Water for the day. The kids enjoy having separate rooms. The air hockey game was a great hit.

1st Orlando Vacation

It was a beautiful home with so much space located in a lovely community. The kids loved the pool, especially the little ones, but we all enjoyed our time not only at the property but in Orlando! Thank you so much for the quick responses and working with us.

Great place to stay

The house is huge and in a quiet, gated neighborhood. Everything was clean. Some good restaurants nearby. The only thing I was sad about was the hot tub was SO chlorinated it was unusable, which was a bummer considering you have to pay extra to use it.

Great alternative to a resort for a family vacation

The house was wonderful. We had all the comforts of home and more. After long days at the theme parks it was nice to relax in the hot tub while the children played in the pool. The patio was my favorite area of the house. It was so peacful to sit and chill. I would definitely book here again.

Grad trip

The location served us as we visited many local attractions. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms worked well to help get everyone out the door in the morning.The house was tidy but the pool deck could stand to be blown off. Lots of leaves and debris. The 3 lounge chairs appear to all have bent/broken legs and were sitting directly on the deck. Some of the pool towels were a bit frayed and could probably be replaced. The kitchen could use a few storage dishes since there was no plastic wrap or tin foil available to cover leftovers. Not something you're going to purchase if you're there for a few days and flying home.The game room was fun for all!Overall this home worked well for our visit with extended family to celebrate our graduate.

Great house

Our group of 8 stayed here. The pool, hot tub and game room were well used during our stay. Lots of pans for cooking, but limited counter space to prep on. Neighborhood was quiet and great to take walks in. We would stay here again.

Nice home

Very nice home with amply room for our 4-person family. We stayed in late March 2024 for spring break. Park was very convenient to local stores and restaurants in Kissimmee. Approx 15 minutes to Disney, 25 to Sea World, approx 35-40 to Universal - all dependent on traffic levels which are always crazy in Orlando. Would recommend.

Nice house, great communication

We stayed for 4 nights - 4 moms and teenage daughters who were in Orlando for a soccer tournament at Disney ESPN WWS. The location was great, an easy 20 minute drive to the complex and away from the hustle and bustle of all things Disney. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to fill that bucket! The washing machine broke on our first attempt at laundry, but Marc responded very quickly and delivered a new washer to us the next morning. He was kind, appreciative and courteous while he was there swapping out the machines. The pool area was great to sit and relax, although the weather was a bit chilly for us to enjoy the pool itself. Only other thing (which wasn't a huge deal and I did not report it to Marc), was that the water in the hot tub was pretty low, which made the jets go crazy when they were turned on (they sprayed everywhere!). All in all, it's a 9/10 property.

Affordable Price

The house was great for the price, The only issue we had was the adjusting of the air condition.... I suggest in this in the heat when guest are in the home the temperature gauge should stay at least on in the low 70's. The problem we ran into an issue.. because of the timer the air would go back to 78 which caused it to be warm in the house despite the fans. Overall it was good and a nice.
