Located in the heart of nature just a few metres from the beach, this house welcomes you for family or friends' holidays in Saint Jean de Monts. In a summery and warm atmosphere, this house will delight all hearts with its tree-lined garden (currently being landscaped), its heated swimming pool (open from 01/05 to 30/09) and secured by a cover, and its large living area: the very cosy lounge for convivial moments, the dining area to share your meals, and the fully equipped American-style kitchen.



House of 120 m² furnished with taste in Saint-Jean-de-Monts which has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a fenced garden, a swimming pool, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a fireplace, Internet access via WiFi and television, electric heating and an outdoor parking. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and induction hobs, a refrigerator and a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press. You also have a washing machine.



Located in an ideal area for children and surrounded by woods, the rental is located at:

The cycling network offers 26 km on a secure site with paths reserved exclusively for bicycles as well as quiet small roads for rides. You can also relax at the thalassotherapy centre in Saint-Jean-de-Monts.

Zero stars for this location This has nothing to do with the building or contents but the fact that there is a large construction site, separated only by a 3-meter wide gravel path directly outside the villa. Every morning around 7:30 a.m., were were woken by deafening noises (excavators, trucks, vibrators for soil compaction, etc.) We sent videos to Hoomy as proof. A landlord, should assume that anyone booking a villa with a pool, garden and terrace will want to use these amenities during the day. This was absolutely impossible during our stay so we were forced to take daily tours that we hadn't planned. Hoomy should have informed us about this inconvenience before our last payment on August 18, 2023. At this point, we could have cancelled the booking with a 100% refund. Hoomey knew that the construction site had been set up several months before. Only after informing Hoomy that we would take legal action, were we offered a ridiculous refund amount of €520,00 for our inconvenience. We are still considering taking legal action. We find it unbelievable that this agency is advertised as a premium host on FEWO.direkt. As this construction site will continue for another 12-18 months, we wouldn't recommend bookings before September 2024. However, we would like to mention that our direct contact Nadine deserves 5 stars, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank her for understanding our situation and finding a solution for various issues.

Weekend très agréable à St jean de mont.

Location très bien située, proche de la mer possibilité d'y aller à pied (env 300m) dans une impasse au calme. Maison ayant tout le nécessaire. Chambres propres et spacieuses. Cuisine équipée ouverte sur séjour très bien équipée et propre. Terrasse et piscine top ! 😊 Rien à redire.
