In a residence located on the seafront, you will be only a few steps from the port and its shops, the famous medieval market.<br>Ideally located for families with its sea view playground at the foot of the residence and its beach 150m away.<br>The 55m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor. It includes a beautiful bright living room with equipped kitchen.<br>One bedroom with a double bed.<br>A mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed.<br>A bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. <br>Internet connection + TV<br>Linen is not provided (only duvets, pillows and bath mats are provided).<br>Non-smoking<br>Arrivals/departures only on Saturdays in July and August<br>Bike rental 30m away<br>Free parking from October to March at the foot of the residence<br>Paid parking around the residence from April to September (possibility of a flat rate at €45 per week or €9/day)

Very nice property and a great central location. Parking was a challenge. Americans we didn’t know there were no sheets or towels available in the unit. We have to go out and purchase these.

Appartement agréable et propre. Néanmoins, le lundi matin entre 5 et 6 h , le ramassage des poubelles est un peu bruyant ! Attention aux stationnements. Les amendes pleuvent rapidement... Il y a un parking 200m plus loin avec un forfait 50/semaine. (Parking de la clavette)

Tres bon sejour a l'Ile de Ré

Le logement est très bien placé, juste en face du marché. La mer a 2 pas. Un vrai bonheur. Logement très confortable et très bon accueil.

Bel emplacement dans charmant village.

Petit appartement fonctionnel idéal pour famille avec 2 enfants. Proche de tout. Attention : les draps de lits et de bains ne sont pas fournis. Je n’avais pas lu cette information.

Logement très agréable, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût . Hôte très sympathique

Séjour très agréable hors saison ( week-end du 11 novembre). Le logement est très bien agencé, équipé et chauffé. Il est également très bien placé, situé au coeur de la Flotte, proche du port, des commerces et des restaurants.
